The hotel has had a nice facelift since we last visited it before the pandemic. Very nice toilets, comfortable beds and the breakfast satisfying. We visited the hotel for the third time, going to the world championship for young dressage horses in Ermelo, as a big group with 36 persons from Sweden and felt very well taken care of. The hotel arranged the welcome dinner and it tasted really good, with a dessert to die for! Coming back from the competition late Saturday night the hotel again served us a nice dinner. Staff really interested to please and service minded.

When checking in I have to pay 5.10 euros more than the confirmation from ***********, the reception lady gives me another insult feeling like you never slept in a hotel. The rotten room is very small with old fashioned sink and shower, you can hear noise from restaurant bar downstairs all night. Breakfast is limited with very few choices, for the drink you have to ask the waitress constantly.

Have had many poor hotel rooms..thus experience ranks among the worst. Given room that wrapped around the elevator and with another common wall w stairs…did I say noisy. Was refused substitute room. Handicapped shower had no way to contain water, w normal shower time, water escaped to bedroom. Because w group could not easily go to another hotel. On 2nd day, returned to room to find nite stands missing, replaced by a single stool.

Er liep genoeg vriendelijke bediening die er voor zorgden dat het ons aan niets ontbrak! Het eten was heerlijk en het restaurant zag er super netjes en schoon uit! Een aanrader, gaan er zeker nog eens heen!

Leuk personeelsfeest gehad. Vriendelijk personeel en alles wat tot in de puntjes geregeld. Eten was door de eenvoud erg lekker. Het was een walking-dinner wat erg leuk bedacht was en lekker informeel. Kom zeker een keer terug.

Kamers zien er prima uit, alleen eerste verdieping gehorig en zekers als je kamer 1.05 hebt slaap je naast de trap en dat is niet prettig. Prima ontbijt met vers fruit en allerlei verschillende soorten brood. Je kunt er ook prima in de avond een hapje eten.

Heerlijk zitten lunchen 🥗 op het terras in Harderwijk op de hoek van de boulevard bij Hotel Monopole .2 grote borden salade , salade de zee en salade monopole echt top en afgebakken broodjes er bij . Met een mooi uitzicht over het Veluwemeer..

Gezellige nieuwjaarsborrel met vrienden gedaan. Lekkere wijn en een super leuk borrelplateau (proeverij van diverse gerechten op een etagère). Leuke inrichting ook! En de plek is fantastisch met uitzicht op het veluwemeer en de ondergaande zon. Aanrader voor lunch, diner en borrel. Zomers hebben ze ook een groot terras aan het water.

Met een groepje vrienden na een nieuwjaarsborrel bij Monopole gegeten. Zo leuk met z’n allen (12 personen) aan een hoge tafel met sharing-dinning. Overheerlijke gerechten en een hele leuke vlotte en vriendelijke bediening. Echt een aanrader!
