My husband and I stay here when we visit family in Bergum. We always have a big dinner at the hotel. It is comfortable, clean and delicious breakfast.

Fantastic hotel with great staff - the best Van Der Valk hotel we have stayed at so far - keep up the great service - it was really appreciated especially the gentlemen who served us drinks at midnight in the bar !

It was a pleasant place to stay. My granddaughter especially liked the horse theme upstairs. I wasn’t too keen to have to walk through the function room to get to our rooms. Luckily there was nothing happening while we were there.

The rooms in this hotel are ok, clean and tidy and just the right temperature for me, however the sound insulation was poor - I could easily hear what the guests in the next room were saying. The staff were polite and friendly. The restaurant was good.

We kregen veel te weinig eten voor 4 volwassenen mensen, We dachten dat er nog meer zou komen maar nee. We hebben nog gevraagd of we bij konden bestellen. Dat deden ze gelijk maar al met al vonden wij dat een slechte zaak dat jezelf moet vragen of er nog wat kon worden gebracht.

Betrokken personeel dat met een glimlach de service biedt die een gast graag wil ervaren.Een plek om zeker terug te komen. Van harte aanbevolen.

Kleinste vdValk in Nederland langs nu rustige weg in t dorp. Het interieur is nog een beetje zoals toen, niet modern zoals andere Valken. Hoewel opgeleukt, we zaten in 'Stal 15', zijn de kamers goed, de matrassen zacht en kussens stevig(prima geslapen), de badkamer is groot genoeg maar wel met douche in badkuip, achterhaald. Ontbijt is meer dan voldoende, met prima keuken was het diner hier ook dik in orde. Aanrader als je een rustige omgeving zoekt.
