Check-in was a relatively good process. However when we got to our room, both my husband and I have issues being able to get up from A low toilet. Unfortunately I spent a long time struggling and finally went to the front desk to ask for some assistance. They did not have an appliance to raise the seat up so we could get off the toilet easier, so the gentleman was extremely accommodating and helped us move to a room with a taller toilet. Unfortunately that room was not handicapped accessible with the bars, but we were able to make do. I believe the gentleman's name was Manuel, he was extremely helpful very courteous and kind. All the staff there seem to be very helpful. It would be nice if the room had taller toilets or they had an appliance to make the toilet higher for guests who request it. Also the bed was very comfortable, but too high and very difficult for my immobility to access the bed. It might consider exercise step upon request to get up on the bed, or lowering the tallness of the beds for those of us who aren't able to manipulate are legs.
