Hotel in zona Tongyi 4D Cuojue Art Museum, Harbin

Un viaggio molto soddisfacente. Le strutture sono molto nuove e pulite. Ho selezionato appositamente un nuovo hotel che aprirà nel 2024 perché ho requisiti molto elevati per l'igiene dell'hotel. La colazione è deliziosa e ricca di varietà. Il personale di servizio è cordiale ed educato. Se vado avanti, se ne avrò la possibilità, sceglierò comunque questo hotel in cui soggiornare.

La camera è abbastanza buona, è un buon posto per viaggiare con i bambini. La caffetteria speciale fino a tarda notte è molto buona. Tornerò per rifornirla dopo essere uscito. Anche la colazione è molto ricca La posizione è su Central Street. È molto comodo per andare ovunque. Non è lontano dalla stazione della metropolitana.

房間雖然舊但是很有歷史，帶着孩子來了解了酒店的歷史，床很舒服！離中央大街很近，岀了門就是，嚐了尹胖油炸糕，個人認為口味一般。 喜歡吃馬迭爾麪包，真的好吃，還有冰棍！ 從中央大街走到了江邊，夜晚的江景大家都坐在江邊，吹着海風，很舒服！ 還可走着去索菲雅教堂，我們是第二天白天去的，其實夜晚也很美！拍了一組照片，還餵了鴿子🐦，很開心 又吃了東北餃子🥟王，很好吃！ 下次再品嚐西餐吧

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due hotel a Harbin. Questo è il secondo hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Non ci sono altri hotel. Posizione dell'hotel: uscire e girare a destra per 200 metri fino al centro di Central Street. Girare a sinistra per 100 metri verso il mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan. È anche molto comodo prendere un taxi per altre attrazioni. Servizio: ho soggiornato in tanti hotel a cinque stelle e Junyi ha il servizio più attento. Tutto il personale di servizio è cordiale e cortese. Quando aspetta il check-in, il cameriere porta prima asciugamani caldi e tè caldo per alleviare la fatica viaggio. Il bel ragazzo ha mandato i bagagli direttamente in camera e ha presentato in dettaglio i vari servizi. Mio figlio ha detto: Non ho nient'altro da chiedere. La presentazione di questo zio era troppo completa. Ho prenotato una sala doppia per la colazione. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho scoperto che era troppo vicino al mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan, quindi volevo annullare la colazione dell'hotel. L'hotel ha collaborato attivamente con Ctrip per aiutarmi a svolgere le procedure. Anche Ctrip è stato molto utile e il rimborso della colazione è stato ricevuto in pochi secondi. Il tè pomeridiano è disponibile dalle 10:00 alle 22:00. Sebbene non ce ne siano molte varietà, sono disponibili caffè appena macinato, tè caldo, porzioni di frutta, frutta e biscotti. I camerieri prestano attenzione allo stato degli ospiti in ogni momento. Dopo il check-out ci hanno dato dei souvenir squisitamente confezionati. Diversi camerieri ci hanno portato alla macchina. L'autista che ci è venuto a prendere ha detto che era così premuroso da pensare di essere nostro amico Camera: la camera è di medie dimensioni e molto pulita. Al piano inferiore c'è un piccolo giardino dove è possibile bere il tè. La stanza al primo piano ha un piccolo cortile. Mangiare: Le due strade davanti e dietro l'hotel sono ristoranti frequentati dai residenti nelle vicinanze. Sono deliziosi e non costosi e sono molto migliori dei ristoranti di Central Street.

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Great hotel, near the main attractions, but not in a busy street. Our room was very confortable, sometimes the noise from people talking in the hall disturbed a bit, but not a problem. I recommend to add in the complimentary itens a body cream, I forgot to bring from home and would be awesome if it was available in the hotel, considering that it is a 5 star hotel. The weather was super cold outside and my skin was cracking. My overall experience was good, I recommend this hotel.

The service of the staff at this hotel is very good. Staff are humble but receptionists can’t speak English. Only one guy whom I guess he is a front office manager, could speak some English. Also breakfast at this hotel is superb! It’s full of varieties of food but mostly Chinese food, not Western food. It’s really impressive for me to have breakfast here. There’s also big shrimps in the buffet line. I have never seen this option from other hotels. The room itself is also spacious. Location of this hotel is perfect, quite close to all main tourist attractions.

Il nome è confuso, e dopo aver cercato la sua posizione, abbiamo preso in considerazione che significava che potremmo facilmente prendere un metro direttamente sulla famosa strada, poche fermate lontano. La colazione era buona. Fresca, varietà e molte scelte. Il personale della camera da pranzo era amichevole e sempre utile. Per quanto riguarda il personale, c'è un ricevitore maschio che parlava e capiva l'inglese. Con tutte le altre signore abbiamo bisogno della nostra domanda di traduzione per comunicare con loro. La stanza era grande, il riscaldamento funzionava molto bene, troppo bene qualche giorno, ma fortunatamente potevamo aprire le finestre. Non prendete un taxi senza usare l'app didi.Abbiamo fatto del male sul nostro ritorno all'aeroporto. Un amico di noi ha anche rifiutato di andare alla stazione ferroviaria ...

La posizione è molto buona. Ci è un grande centro commerciale nello stesso edificio dove si possono trovare ristoranti, supermercati anche negozi di droga facilmente. Buona gente, gentile e utile.
