Hotel in zona LiuGuiFu ZhuBao ZhanLanGuan, Harbin

The hotel is very palace style over 100 years old. The location is very convenient just off central Street. Breakfast is good but after having it for 4 days, seems a bit boring. The 100 year old lift and riding inside it is maybe once in a lifetime

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due hotel a Harbin. Questo è il secondo hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Non ci sono altri hotel. Posizione dell'hotel: uscire e girare a destra per 200 metri fino al centro di Central Street. Girare a sinistra per 100 metri verso il mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan. È anche molto comodo prendere un taxi per altre attrazioni. Servizio: ho soggiornato in tanti hotel a cinque stelle e Junyi ha il servizio più attento. Tutto il personale di servizio è cordiale e cortese. Quando aspetta il check-in, il cameriere porta prima asciugamani caldi e tè caldo per alleviare la fatica viaggio. Il bel ragazzo ha mandato i bagagli direttamente in camera e ha presentato in dettaglio i vari servizi. Mio figlio ha detto: Non ho nient'altro da chiedere. La presentazione di questo zio era troppo completa. Ho prenotato una sala doppia per la colazione. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho scoperto che era troppo vicino al mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan, quindi volevo annullare la colazione dell'hotel. L'hotel ha collaborato attivamente con Ctrip per aiutarmi a svolgere le procedure. Anche Ctrip è stato molto utile e il rimborso della colazione è stato ricevuto in pochi secondi. Il tè pomeridiano è disponibile dalle 10:00 alle 22:00. Sebbene non ce ne siano molte varietà, sono disponibili caffè appena macinato, tè caldo, porzioni di frutta, frutta e biscotti. I camerieri prestano attenzione allo stato degli ospiti in ogni momento. Dopo il check-out ci hanno dato dei souvenir squisitamente confezionati. Diversi camerieri ci hanno portato alla macchina. L'autista che ci è venuto a prendere ha detto che era così premuroso da pensare di essere nostro amico Camera: la camera è di medie dimensioni e molto pulita. Al piano inferiore c'è un piccolo giardino dove è possibile bere il tè. La stanza al primo piano ha un piccolo cortile. Mangiare: Le due strade davanti e dietro l'hotel sono ristoranti frequentati dai residenti nelle vicinanze. Sono deliziosi e non costosi e sono molto migliori dei ristoranti di Central Street.

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

La prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto 👍 e un buon soggiorno. Vicino a quello che volevamo, ma in una posizione tranquilla. Sembra meno controllare e la stanza è completamente attrezzata e ben decorata. Il tè pomeriggio gratuito è anche un bel toccamento. In generale non ci sono negativi. Il prezzo è lo stesso di altri grandi hotel a Harbin, ma offre un senso più rilassato.Mia moglie ha detto che il colazione era buono 👍

酒店位置真的很好，樓下幾十米就是中央大街，Q附近景點也很多；索菲亞教堂，Q防洪紀念塔和紅磚街早市步行可到，Q前台服務也細緻到位，和同事一起出差，不僅都給升了級，Q下午茶很不錯， 種類很多，，有遺留物品也及時通知了，體驗很好。

房間寬敞明亮乾淨，衞生間浴房洗漱台均乾濕分離，地理位置非常優越，鬧中取靜，離中央大街很近，旁邊就是松花江、斯大林公園，邊上還有好多餐館，酒店早餐很nice，有伴手禮，房間還有牛奶🥛。管家YOYO很熱心，根據需求提前把房間安排妥當，有自己的停車位，保安叔叔也很給力，這點對自駕非常友好。

Molto soddisfatta di un'esperienza di soggiorno. Prima di scendere dal gestore di alta ferrovia, sono venuto a seguire il servizio telefonico. Il soggiorno è anche veloce. La piccola bellezza della reception è molto entusiasta. Il direttore ha anche intimamente inviato Ggas e l'alloggio.La stanza è molto grande e particolarmente pulita. Venite ad Harbin molte volte, l'hotel scelto è il più soddisfatto!

這是一家很有温度的酒店🏨，體驗感超過很多五星酒店[玫瑰]，酒店設施滿分[太陽]!早餐滿分!服務滿分!早餐很豐盛[煙花]，每天都有不同的菜品，熱熱呼呼，重點是很好吃，[強]東北特色鍋包肉非常不錯。房間夠大寬敞明亮床品舒適🥰，辦入住時還有睡眠禮包，晚上還有助眠茶和晚安奶，真不愧是睡眠療愈[勝利]酒店，酒店還有很多種枕頭可以選擇。最有特色[色]的是慕思根據每個人可測量出專屬適合的枕頭，超級棒體驗感特別好，服務人員都很熱情，從門口禮賓，到前台[強]都積極幫助解決問題，酒店位置很好，停車方便，對小朋友特別友好，準備了小朋友的洗漱用品和喜歡的氣球，[太陽]寶貝愛不釋手這些體現了酒店的細節服務。洗漱用品味道也很好聞[玫瑰]房間大姐打掃的非常乾淨服務非常熱情感覺賓至如歸。總而言之，非常推薦入住。

Questo hotel era molto bello. Era molto pulito e aveva una posizione conveniente. Avrei sicuramente consigliato a chiunque venga a Harbin. Ci siamo davvero goditi il nostro soggiorno qui.

This hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff really embodied the sense of 东北 hospitality! They were attentive and remembered all of our preferences from the first day we stayed and it was so good we decided to stay an extra 2 nights!
