Hotel has convenient location nearby Zhongyang walking street. No problem with taxi or didi car coming to this location. Wifi is decent, you don’t need to enter a phone number. Room is beautiful and spacious. Issues I had with my room is that every day my key card will not work. I think this problem happens when cleaning staff access the room. Everyday I would have to get the keycard fixed by the desk staff. Also my sheets were never changed or cleaned. In the shower did not have conditioner and body wash bottle was already near empty. You’re only given a tiny roll of toilet paper. Room was way too hot at night, with no way to change the temperature. Overall the experience was ok

位置很好，在中央大街附近，走路去哪兒都很方便，工作人員的服務也不錯，打電話呼叫前台都很快解決，房間地暖很足，但是打掃挺不認真的，好幾次打掃完了少放了毛巾。
最讓人無語的是房型問題，定的是大床房，辦理入住的時候前台説升級成家庭房了，到了房間才知道，是大床房硬加一張單人床進去的偽家庭房，不僅讓房間面積更侷促了，還遮住了燈開關和床另一側的充電位置，非常的不方便！
最重要的是我們又不是一家三口，就倆人，你多給我一張床也沒必要，明顯是酒店的大床房超賣了，但是又捨不得真的升級成家庭房（隔壁房間是真家庭房，退房的時候我正好路過，比我們的面積大很多）就把這個偽家庭房假裝升級房型給了我們，極其尷尬的房型，非常不滿意

房間很乾凈，早餐很好，品種多樣，服務很好，定了雙床房，直接給升級親子房，在滿房的情況下，盡力安排滿足我們的房型，孩子很喜歡房間的小帳篷，酒店的甜甜圈和早餐。在哈爾濱待了四天，酒店的早餐吃着最可口，早上還有油豆角，孩子最喜歡早餐的炒麪。
