Hotel was located slightly out of the city centre (Zhongyang St) but still accessible by public transport and taxi. Was shown that room had garden view but that is just a wallpaper.. Quite shocked that there was no windows and room was relatively small. However it was very cheap as compared to other hotels. Breakfast options was okay.

During our 2-night stay at EaseLF Hotel, we experienced both positives and drawbacks. The hotel's location is undeniably convenient, situated near a subway station, and the reception staff demonstrated commendable hospitality. However, the breakfast offerings were disappointing, featuring limited choices that did not meet our expectations. Our room, though functional, fell short of our cleanliness standards, as we noticed visible dust, and the absence of windows in our assigned room was a notable downside. The confined space without natural light diminished the overall comfort of the stay. Moreover, the provided toiletries were minimal, approximately 100 ml for two people over two nights, and unfortunately, they were not replenished on the second day, leaving us with a shortage. Fortunately, we had our own toiletries as a backup. While the hotel has potential, particularly due to its location and accommodating staff, addressing cleanliness concerns, expanding breakfast options, and ensuring ample toiletries for the duration of the stay would significantly enhance the guest experience. These improvements would make EaseLF Hotel a more attractive choice for future stays, creating a more satisfying and memorable visit for guests.

We specifically booked a non-smoking room and were given a room which smelled heavily of smoke and had an ashtray. We were forced to find another hotel at 2am as they had no other rooms available. It’s too expensive for the quality of facilities and sub-par location.

When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by the staff at the front desk with the words “ No English”. The two ladies did not even exert effort to understand us even when we showed the translated texts. Thanks to the male staff for adding me to his WeChat so we can communicate effectively. The cafeteria and cleaning staff are friendlier than the staff at the front desk. I booked a family room and a double room but instead of a double room (Queen bed), they gave us a twin room (2 beds) with no windows but at least their beds were comfortable. I asked for a room change but they refused. Inside the room, there is a kettle, 2 cups without handles, and no spoons. It was a challenge to drink hot beverages using those cups. They don't have airport drop-off services as advertised and no assistance with Harbin attraction tickets and tours. Breakfast is typical Chinese breakfast. I hope the staff will consider learning English even just the commonly used hotel words and sentences. Overall, I can say that we were not satisfied with our 3-night stay.

We stayed in this hotel because the location is suitable. The hotel staffs are very co-operative. The cleaning aunts are also very co-operative. I highly recommend this hotel.

The prices are really cheap for such a nice hotel. And the location is literally 20 minutes from most places. Very nice hotel
