During our 2-night stay at EaseLF Hotel, we experienced both positives and drawbacks. The hotel's location is undeniably convenient, situated near a subway station, and the reception staff demonstrated commendable hospitality. However, the breakfast offerings were disappointing, featuring limited choices that did not meet our expectations.
Our room, though functional, fell short of our cleanliness standards, as we noticed visible dust, and the absence of windows in our assigned room was a notable downside. The confined space without natural light diminished the overall comfort of the stay. Moreover, the provided toiletries were minimal, approximately 100 ml for two people over two nights, and unfortunately, they were not replenished on the second day, leaving us with a shortage.
Fortunately, we had our own toiletries as a backup. While the hotel has potential, particularly due to its location and accommodating staff, addressing cleanliness concerns, expanding breakfast options, and ensuring ample toiletries for the duration of the stay would significantly enhance the guest experience. These improvements would make EaseLF Hotel a more attractive choice for future stays, creating a more satisfying and memorable visit for guests.
