What a lovely experience! The hotel staff are super friendly and caring. I broke my snow boots and everyone tried to help me get out of them. It's a quick walk to Sophia Cathedral which was breathtakingly beautiful!

Ok location. Very poor cleanliness. The carpet looked like never cleaned. The window view just has view of the parking lot, not worth the extra cost. Walls are paper thin, can hear neighbors, noise and smoking as well. Overall, don’t recommend for families. Not a 4 star hotel as advertised.

The location and hotel neighbourhood was nice. It is a walking distance to St. Sophia Church. Room was clean and housekeeping was doing so well. The staff was not english spoken, but they are helpfull. We choose a room without window and it is a bit dark. If i am travelling again, i will choose the room with window. There are XueXiang Tour & Travel Office near the lobby. In case you need to find a tour to xue xiang.

Room was ok. But there's no central heater in our room. The socket for heater temp controller was spoilt. Thus we complained and gave us 2 portable heaters.

Love our Stay. Walking distance to shops and Main attraction. Prompt cleaning too

Fantastic location. Allowed us to leave our bags until rooms were ready.

Nice hotel

酒店位置很好，離索菲亞中央街不遠，隨便逛逛就到了，很方便，出門口就有公交車，去遠的也很方便樓後有小停車場，非旺季來車位也不緊張，挺好，住了兩晚，房間乾淨明亮寬敞，乾濕分離，大門口有小點心小水果還蠻好吃，服務態度也超好，值得推薦自由行的入住，如果不是週末假期，假期上也還挺不錯！

酒店位置便利，離中央大街、索菲亞教堂、巴洛克都不遠，步行就能走到，適合旅遊居住。衞生、環境都不錯，主要是服務更優，前台、保潔態度好，百問不厭，還推薦了附近的早餐店，大廳裏準備了豐富的下午茶，還有碘伏棉簽、邦迪、發繩、眼鏡擦紙等這些很實用的小物件，特別貼心。
