Sono stato aggiornato alla National Mother Suite. Il servizio nel negozio è ok, grazie! Ma le strutture dell'hotel sono davvero troppo vecchie, l'acqua calda non è calda, la pressione dell'acqua è bassissima, c'è solo il soffione fisso, niente doccia... non si può assolutamente fare la doccia! Il riscaldamento della camera da letto soffiava aria verso la testata del letto, avevo la gola secca e dolorante tutta la notte, mi alzavo molte volte per bere acqua e non riuscivo a dormire bene.

The service was great. We were given a honeymoon gift on our first night by the cleaning staff, and they were really sweet to come early the next day to give us extra bottles of water. We especially would like to thank 2029 服务员for always greeting us so warmly, and for keeping our messy room tidy. The hotel is along the main shopping street, so it was really convenient to get to places and to get food around the area. It was also really quiet even though it was near the main district. There were great options for food around and it was fairly near the train station so we could take the train to all of the tourist sites nearby like 冰雪大世界. It’s also near the morning market with really good breakfast options. We also got 2 free ice creams from their restaurant, which were delicious. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, we would stay again! PS the free chocolate at the hotel lobby is great! 

Location is perfect, super convenient and this hotel is full of history of Harbin. Worth staying I checked in 2 times in a trip, they upgraded my room for both nights. First night i was given duplex unit at level 3, the room is old and not convenient with the narrow staircase. Another night i was given a newly renovated room at level 2, way more nicer compared to previous one. Make sure you get a renovated room.

Overall ok I guess, I booked 4days 3 night only got a pair of ice popsicles and it’s the cheapest one kinda sad they doesn’t give chocolate flavour for free nor extra tickets maybe I should book separately nx time.

I booked the room for 4 nights for 3464 yuan but actually I paid at hotel 3600 yuan the price is up with out explaining and the room was a bit old and not bright also don’t have bathrobe. Others is okay location is central in zhong yang street, staff is kindness.

Very well located hotel, close to places to visit in the city centre. Helpful staff, who do not speak English but manage to use translation applications. Very old hotel in need of renovation and updating.

Fantastic location with Zhongyang Pedestrian Street right at the doorstep, which means lots of food, restaurants, and shops. Quaint looking hotel. Room is clean but dated and could do with some renovation. Housekeeper 2029 was friendly and kept our room pleasant throughout our stay. Receptionist and concierge were very helpful and patient. In that regard, the staff who attended to us provided top notch service. Russian restaurant was nicely appointed but not too impressed with the food. Quiet normal tasting. Exit 2 of Zhongyang MRT station is about 1km from hotel.

The hotel was built in 1906, generally well maintained but one can see signs of aging in the bathroom. We can see that the hotel has seen better days by the people who had stayed there.

Hotel is wonderful and historical! In the middle of everything you need. Good hotel.
