The hotel has a convenient location, but note that taxis cannot reach the entrance. As for dining, the breakfast and afternoon tea buffets offer a standard selection with limited options.

Very friendly staff and helpful , comfortable bed, warm shower , water is free and can ask for more if not enough. I was late to go back for check out and the staff also let me tidy my stuffs and ask me to take my time, really appreciate the manager 小鱼儿客房经理🙏🏻 strategic location, a lot of restaurant within walking distance . The hotel is link to a shopping mall, so easy to find food. Happy with the stay 😀

Their service was excellent. We took an early train 7.09am, and they offer free shuttle for us, although the shuttle service start at 8 am. The location is convenient, and it was linked to the mall. The breakfast provided was limited.

Overall stay is OK, hotel is linked to shopping mall with many eating stalls and also a supermarket to get fresh fruits. Hotel provides several free bottles of drinking water and 2 bottles of soft drinks (Persi and 7Up) daily. Bed is a bit hard, pillows are soft and comfortable. Internet access is very weak.

Disappointed at trip.com as there were so many good reviews on trip.com before booking the hotel. The hotel lobby is a small section in ground floor of a building where there is office and hotels. There is no separate lift for hotel guests. We have to use with other ppl who go to offices including delivery man. There is no access control or security so anyone can come berging into our rooms. Also, the lift are covered with cupboards so we felt like riding lift in construction site. The breakfast was bare minimum and no place to sit. I was quite amazed how could trip.com shows this hotel on its first few selections when I searched Harbin hotels. It also said the reviews are from international travelers but I doubt that not many international travelers has stayed there as the hotel looks very local. I am quite disappointed by the reviews on trip.com of this hotels and started to doubt whether it is paid reviews were being posted. There is no way the hotel has gotten 4.8/5 on more than 1000+ reviews!!!! I booked 3 nights there but ended up staying only one night n switch to another hotel by booking another platform. The hotel staff said will refund the two nights that I didn’t stay but I don’t know whether trip.com will refund.
