前台辦理入住高效又貼心，不僅快速辦理入住，還熱情介紹酒店特色服務，有問必答，讓人倍感温暖。房間佈置合理，整潔無異味。床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到自然醒。衞生間清潔用品齊全，洗浴設施出水量大且水温恆定，洗浴體驗絕佳。自助早餐中西合璧，食材新鮮，味道可口。餐廳服務人員隨叫隨到，收盤及時，態度親切。更讚的是酒店中午和晚上都可以零點，東北特色菜，物美價廉，非常的實惠，點菜還送了紅腸，不用出門就可以享受到美味的東北菜，處處是用心，讓我在旅途中感受到家的温馨，強烈推薦這家酒店

前台服務特別好，一進門還有工作人員幫忙拿行李，雖然哈爾濱很冷，但是人心很温暖，酒店還有早餐，自己做的豆腐腦和豆漿，非常的香甜，出門坐地鐵2號線，直接就能到中央大街，去哪都很方便，前台工作人員還會推薦附近的商場，很愉快的一次旅行

房間乾淨整潔，床和枕頭很舒服，在咖啡吧等人的時候小姐姐熱情的給了咖啡和點心，很貼心，大堂的旋轉樓梯一看就是新裝修的很時尚，拍照很出片，離地鐵口超級近，去哪都方便，總之這次入住體驗很好，下次來這邊，還住這，非常nice😘

此次哈爾濱之行，入住金冠洋世紀大酒店實在是太棒了，超出我的想象！
