Older hotel seems to be called Dreamland hotel. Older fittings etc. but huge room, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Comfortable beds, clean. Restaurant and housekeeping staff efficient and friendly and most of reception staff even though no english spoken. Breakfast each day an excellent selection of Chinese dishes. Reception staff who checked us in gave the impression she was less than pleased we were there and the lady running the tour desk would not even try to communicate with us via translation app and was quite rude, which left a bit of a sour taste. Happily a member of the Modern Hotel staff over the road spoke English and was happy to answer our questions.

Location is great. Housekeeping did not respect the do not disturb sign. As the room had no window you should expect a good airconditioner but there wasn’t. The room smelled to the drainage of the bathroom.

我一定要給[俊朗大酒店]一個好評！
從入住開始，前台的工作人員就熱情地迎接我們，辦理入住手續高效又專業，還細心地為我們介紹酒店的各種設施和周邊的旅遊訊息。
房間更是讓我驚艷。一進門就感覺整潔明亮，裝修風格很有品味。床品質量上乘，柔軟舒適，躺在上面就像被雲朵包圍一樣。房間的隔音效果也不錯，完全不會被走廊或者外面的聲音打擾。衞生間乾淨無異味，洗浴用品齊全，熱水供應充足，水壓也很穩定，洗澡是一種享受。
酒店的位置絕佳，靠近中央大街 索菲亞教堂，無論是去遊玩還是乘坐交通工具都十分方便。周邊還有許多餐廳和便利店，生活氣息濃厚。
酒店的其他設施也很完善。健身房器材很新，而且空間寬敞

ที่นี่อยู่กลางถนนจงหยางเลย เดินทางสะดวกง่าย ใกล้สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน ใกล้จุดซื้อตั๋วขึ้นรถบัส แต่กลิ่นบุหรี่ที่นี่ค่อนข้างแรงมาก กลิ่นเข้ามาในห้องได้เลยต้องใช้ผ้าอุดใต้ประตูไว้ไม่ให้กลิ่นข้างนอกเข้ามาและปิดแอร์ ไม่รับอากาศหมุนเวียน ภายในห้องไม่มีหน้าต่างค่ะ แต่ก็เย็นสบายอยู่ นอนได้ ที่นี่นอนแค่ 2 คืนค่ะ แค่พักจากลงเครื่องวันแรก และรอเข้าไปเที่ยวสโนว์ทาวน์ จุดขึ้นรถขึ้นสโนว์ทาวน์ อยู่ถัดจากโรงแรมไปแค่ตึกเดียวเอง ดวงดีมาก เลยทำให้สะดวกไม่ต้องเร่งรีบตอนเช้า อ่อที่พักอยู่ใกล้ๆร้านข้าวแกงบุฟเฟต์ด้วยนะคะ อยู่ก่อนถึงโรงแรม นึดนึงค่ะ แต่ไม่ได้เข้าไปรองชิมนะไม่ทันค่ะ อ่อที่นี่รับฝากกระเป๋าด้วยนะคะ แต่เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่โต๊ะข้างหน้ารีเซฟชั่นค่ะ

ทำเลดีมาก เดินแค่ 1 นาทีจากโรงแรมเข้าถนนจงหยางได้เลย แม้ห้องจะมีบางจุดที่ดูไม่สะอาดอยู่บ้าง แต่ถ้าเทียบราคากับทำเลที่ตั้งแล้วถือว่าคุ้มค่า อาหารเช้าอร่อย แต่ไม่มีชาหรือกาแฟบริการ จองห้องที่มีอ่างอาบน้ำไป น้ำแรงดีมาก ปรับน้ำร้อนน้ำเย็นได้ดีมาก

考慮了一個月，想想是不是不評論比較好，但最後還是決定分享一下自己的體驗...
地點：很完美，就在中央大街旁邊，附近很多景點和美食
服務：一般般吧，從抵達到退房，就交涉兩次，沒太多意見
衞生：衞生間的確臟了點，附上照片大家各自評論，反正我用得很不舒服
設施：一切都比較陳舊，即使已經翻新，比如毛巾就看得出年齡
整體來説，從訂房到入住，心情從很期待變成嫌棄，整晚的心情就像做了噩夢，希望明天早點到，好讓這一切可以結束....
雖然説可以要求換房或者更換毛巾，但個人覺得第一個印象和體驗很重要，最真實...
本來預約了5晚，第一天大概下午入住，當天就一邊吃晚餐一邊找附近的酒店，最後退了4晚衹住了1晚，這裏很慶幸用了trip.com，支持當天6點前退房，不然很難想象那幾天該如何度過，如果當天果斷點，我會要求退房，如果再給我一次從來的機會，我希望不需要經歷這一切...

新裝修後年前幫朋友訂過一次，反饋不錯。這回趁亞冬會帶孩子住了一次。冰雪大世界看了，馬迭爾冰棍就在他家樓下，也吃了。服務確實熱情，有要求必應。位置非常好。就是門口燈光不顯眼，找錯地方了。服務員偷偷跟我説，他們領導對服務要求很嚴。以後還會推薦，客房張大姐非常好

房間很大也很乾凈！還有洗衣房健身房，很方便！離中央大街太近了吧！出門就是，晚上還能出來逛一逛，省去了不少時間，而且去哪都方便。早餐也很豐富，酒店的接待人員都很熱情好客，感受到了東北的温暖。推薦！
