Generally the hotel is good and the staffs are friendly We checked in on the 21/6/24 and booked for 2 nights . It was a good and warm experience on checking in.The front desk staff were courteous , and efficient.. There was one smartly dressed plumb young man standing beside the receptionist . We were enquiring about the where/what /when /How of Harbin . On hearing us , he immediately came up to us and started explaining to us . After dropping our luggages n bags into our family room , we startour city tour, so I requested for help at the front desk. The man líu hè 刘赫 at the counter was very 👍👍👍 He was very helpful . As we (3 senior aunties in their sixties/seventies ) were not familiar with the e-calling of Chinese “taxi/grab” ,we requested the front desk for assistance.
