E'specialmente soddisfatto, questo e'il hotel più intimo che abbia vissuto. Perche'non sono andato all'hotel per fare il soggiorno alle 11 di sera. La signorina della ricetta mi ha chiamato per vedere se sta andando. E'che siamo arrivati alla stanza per scoprire che l'aria condizionata è sempre stata aperta. Sembra che la signorina Shijiang ci sia stata fatta calda appena entrato nella stanza. E'molto caldo, molto bello. Grazie, signorina, e la stanza e' molto pulita, grande e comoda.

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay.
Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient.
Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room.
Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly.
Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on.
Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

OOlesia eye surgeonSiamo una famiglia di 2 adulti e due bambini di 10 e 15 anni sono rimasti per due notti. In realtà siamo arrivati tardi alla sera alle 00:30 e abbiamo appena chiamato alla ricezione per numero che è stato fornito da viaggio com. Il tipo del desk front è andato in piedi e ci ha dato l'accesso alla nostra stanza. Il desk front è situato al 4 piano 412 blocco di stanza E . La stanza era conveniente, molto pulita, i due letti matrimoniali sono grandi e confortevoli. La vista della finestra alla stazione ferroviaria occidentale. Abbiamo camminato circa 16 minuti da hotel a ferrovia. La Wanda Plaza deve prendere un taxi per entrare e è circa 10 minuti da auto. La stanza è calda, le finestre sono ben chiuse, ha frigorifero ma non ha nessuna lavanderia. Se vuoi mangiare e cucinare qualche pasto semplice nella stanza, allora dovrai portare il tuo proprio tavolo. Abbiamo anche immagazzinato il nostro bagaglio gratis al desktop per qualche ora. La mia famiglia ha goduto il soggiorno. Accolta il buon alloggio!

Sembra meno controllare e la stanza è completamente attrezzata e ben decorata. Il tè pomeriggio gratuito è anche un bel toccamento. In generale non ci sono negativi. Il prezzo è lo stesso di altri grandi hotel a Harbin, ma offre un senso più rilassato.Mia moglie ha detto che il colazione era buono 👍

UUtente ospiteSono rimasto per usare il resort sci Yaburi. Ho soggiornato per un giorno e mi piacevano le condizioni e le dimensioni della stanza, quindi sono rimasto per altri due giorni. Prima di tutto, è circa 15 minuti di auto da Yaburi. La stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità o l'autobus nella città di Yaburi sono disponibili anche in anticipo. Yaburi è un'area che non inganna mai il tasso di taxi. Poiché è un prezzo fisso, è buono utilizzare senza essere ingannato da stranieri. Prima di tutto, mi piace tutto nell'ostello. Inizialmente dovevo pagare, ma anche il colazione è stato fornito a 3 persone gratuitamente. Ho ricevuto un biglietto per lo sci da parte del manager dell’hotel, quindi l’ho usato per due giorni, e non c’era alcuna differenza significativa rispetto al prezzo acquistato da altri, e mi hanno guidato molto gentilemente. Anche se ho perso la mia carta d’accesso, ha risposto bene. Buono valore per i soldi in vari modi. L'ostello non era freddo e caldo. Forse è difficile per gli stranieri rimanere a questo livello, ma io sono rimasto molto bene. Come altri settori, non ingannavo il prezzo qui, quindi spero che potrete godere del ristorante sciistico con fiducia.

WWangxiangyinOgnuno di noi ha uno scopo quando viaggia, che è incontrare nuovi amici, trovare un posto per l'anima, rilassarsi e ampliare le proprie conoscenze. Per quanto mi riguarda, spero di trovare un posto accogliente, che potrebbe non essere come un cinque stelle hotel. L'hotel è altrettanto lussuoso, ma proprio come i cavalieri di tutto il mondo nel romanzo, condividono le loro vite e intuizioni diverse tra loro. Spero che altri partner che la pensano allo stesso modo siano destinati a venire qui.

it's convenient for skiing, right outside the door and no need to travel anywhere.
The restaurant makes delicious food with family sharing portions and there is also a KFC and pizza Hut nearby. There is a small shop on the hotel premises with cool drinks and snacks.
