Hotel in zona Csdf Duty-free Shop, Harbin

As a frequent traveler, I was recently blessed with the opportunity to stay at this Hotel in Harbin during my most recent trip. From the moment I arrived at the hotel(Arrived 12.30 a.m mid night).I was greeted with the warmest hospitality from the attentive staff who were more than happy to assist me with my luggage and check-in process. The lobby exuded a luxurious aura with gleaming polished marble floors, crystal chandeliers, and ornate furnishings. The room I was allocated was spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with modern amenities such as a flat-screen television, wireless internet, and a well-stocked minibar. The bed ensured that I could get some well-deserved rest after a long trip. One of the highlights of the hotel was undoubtedly its restaurants. The breakfast buffet was an incredible start to each day with an extensive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked-to-order dishes.Mainly Chinese dishes . In conclusion, my stay at the “Zhangwang Mansion”was an exceptional experience that surpassed my expectations in numerous regards. I would highly recommend this hotel to any discerning traveler seeking an unforgettable stay in luxurious surroundings in Harbin city .

L'hotel era di base, ma pulito e funzionale.È stato un po' di passeggiata alla stazione metropolitana più vicina, ma c'è un grande centro commerciale a 10 minuti a piedi, che ha molte negozi. La materna era molto confortevole e c’era acqua calda nel doccia. Il riscaldamento centrale era così caldo che dovevo tenere la finestra aperta un po’, altrimenti non potevo dormire.

酒店環境不錯，位置方便，步行五分鐘民航大廈機場大巴，房間乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，服務很熱情，訂的商務大床，銷售女經理給免費升級豪華大床，早餐也錯，品種很多，入住很滿意。

在今年哈爾濱如此火熱的春節期間，這個酒店的初級房型定價是非常實惠的，位置不錯打車去哪都不貴,裝修檔次勉強也算是到五星水平了。但無窗特惠房型實在太熱了，關掉空調也沒用，室內超30杜，還沒冷氣，第一晚孩子睡着給熱的一頭的汗，當晚值班前台答應和領導申請升級房型或換房間，在要來電風扇後雖不舒適，但也算可以入睡了，第二天沒有接到酒店詢問是否需要升級或換房間，其實本來也不打算換房間了，畢竟就一晚挪來挪去也麻煩，但酒店大意的工作態度讓人有點失望。大過年的服務人員也不容易，還是給好評吧。

L'hotel è situato nel centro storico di Harbin. Ci sono pochi caffè intorno a mangiare per gli stranieri. Da i plus, il metro in accesso passo-passo, taxi a molti divertimenti, il massimo è stato 27 yuan. L'hotel è molto vecchio, sulla foto tutto sembra nuovo, ma in realtà è il momento per l'hotel di fare riparazioni o di costruire un nuovo al suo posto. Un'umidità e un'umidità terribili nella stanza dove le tovaglie del giorno sono rimaste bagnate (le tovaglie non ci hanno sempre cambiato)!!! Mi piace la consegna robot, che in ascensore va, chiama l'ascensore stesso, e porta la consegna dei prodotti nella stanza (dal supermercato al primo piano). Viviamo in questo hotel 7 notti per avere una prenotazione. I prezzi sono troppo prezzi dato l'ignoranza sia dei mobili nelle camere sia di tutto il resto. Il mio consiglio: le tende nelle camere (come negli appartamenti) devono essere lavate almeno una volta al mese!!!! Le sedie sono terribili e vecchie, non ci siamo nemmeno sedute su di loro. Ma il letto è grande, la lingerie è bianco pulito.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.
