環境和設施都很不錯，一進酒店就香香的，小朋友很喜歡，打車去中央大街很方便，10幾塊錢，本來都挺好結果房間洗澡水一會冷一會熱也很無語，還不好的就是房間實在太熱了，睡覺被子不能蓋不説，孩子都穿不上衣服，半夜被熱醒幾次，我還投訴了，設定投訴到攜程，早上沒有一點反應，退房的時候我還問了一嘴有沒有什麼要跟我溝通的，沒人有反應，沒有任何回覆，別的希爾頓歡朋沒碰到過這樣的，也沒有歡迎水果和其他評論裏的小禮品，總之這是管理有問題的

Room : spacious, beautifully decorated, very modern, all seems new and clean, the bathroom also very nice, equipped with all you need, not to mention fluffy towels and bathrobe. Service : All staff are very friendly and nice, very helpful. They even put water bottles and sweets in the corner of elevator where you can grab it whenever you like. You also can wash and dry your own clothes free of charge, love it ! Location : Very nice, surrounded by many local restaurants and taste good. Overall: I was very satisfied with the hotel, the room, the service, the staff. Harbin maybe cold in the winter but people there has the warmest heart ❤️ i will definetely come back and stay again sometime. Thank you ❄️❄️❄️
