Beautiful getaway, lovely garden clean and tasteful rooms. Enjoyed the food. Karu, Raja and the crew are very friendly and obliging. I highly recommend this gem of a place for a complete relaxation. The bright sunny morning and misty evenings are heavenly!

It is just over a week since my wife and I with 5 friends were privileged to spend an idyllic 3 days and 3 nights in the cool,misty climes of Haputale,literally in the Clouds. Clouds is a comfortable holiday bungalow in a beautiful garden located at the top of a hill.It is surrounded by a tea estate and a vegetable garden,the produce of which is utilized to prepare the sumptuous and nutritious meals by the in-house chef.My wife,was particularly happy that the foods were devoid of all artificial additives,being sourced from the adjoining garden. Both in the morning and in the evening,one can be surrounded,gaze down on and be enveloped in the clouds.Though our time was limited,of the numerous attractions nearby,we were able to visit the world famous 9 Arches Bridge in Ella,the historic monastery at Adisham (famous for its jams and cordials) and the renowned 98 Acres with a background of mini-Adams Peak,all of which are within a half hours drive. Customer service was excellent.The on-site manager Mr.Karunaratne,along with the staff went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. It is advisable to take warm clothing and comfortable sturdy footwear to enjoy traipsing through the surroundings.The seats carved in rock,the verdant greenery,fauna and flora,the peace and tranquility make this resort idyllic for rest and relaxation. The cleanliness was impeccable.The meals were tasty and nutritious. 'Clouds' is truly a little piece of heaven.

Clouds bungalow is literally up in the clouds - depending on the weather/time of day, you could see/feel the clouds engulf you. No outside noise except the chirping birds. The surrounding garden is an oasis with water features, outdoor seats, greenery & blooming flowers. The bungalow is well maintained, very clean, equipped with a pantry for guest's use. The guest rooms were cleaned daily. During our 3 night stay, we enjoyed the home cooked delicious & wholesome food made by the chef. The staff: Manager, Mr. Karu, Maduranga, Ramesh & Chef, went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

The best environment to be free. A very beautiful place including a small tea garden, a beautiful garden where children can play. "Ira Sewaya" (ඉර සේවය) is a very beautiful looking place. The night we were in was a strange environment where the fog hit the body with the wind. Very fun. And a very relaxing place. The bungalow is very clean inside and outside and the garden around it. Daily, the cleaner does his job well. Their hospitality is very good, very clean. There is nothing wrong to say. We are a group of twelve in all. Two to cook and one to Supervise. The support and care given to us by all three was excellent. And very high. We first submitted the recipe we wanted to them a month ago. Then they presented us all the necessary things in a report. Then on our first day all those things were handed over to them. Our food was served to us in a very tasty, clean and generous manner. Finally, all the remaining things were returned to us. But in the end, as an appreciation for the care they gave us, we humanely returned all those goods to them for their personal use. A perfect place for a family trip or a group. As someone who has thoroughly experienced the environment and the place, I have to say that all those who visit the place should enjoy themselves to the fullest without destroying the things there. Because they are working hard to keep the bungalow clean and safe.

Fantastic calming location to stay, brilliant food. Well maintained property with clean and comfortable rooms and amazed by the quality service and hospitality offered by the staff. This bungalow is a perfect place for a family and just 5 minutes away from the Haputale Town.

We stayed in the month of April visited there with my family, absolutely stunning location, calm and quiet, service was very good, friendly staff, food was also very tasty, very good for a family vacation will recommend the place.

“We were destined to clouds but we were end up in heaven” that summarizes our trip to the Clouds Holiday Bangllow. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Also the scenery is mesmerizing.. At last I should say something about the food as well it was amazing actually 😀

Our stay at clouds was very nice. Staff was friendly and the bungalow was clean and serine. they prepared very tasty food for us. Overall it was a nice and relaxing stay. The view from the hotel was heavenly.

We were planning for a trip with five families together and found this gem of a place based on some reviews and decided to reserve it for two nights and three days stay. We arrived there and we were bit panic while passing the road to the place. But, as soon as we arrived we realized it is the same place we saw through the reviews and photographs. Before even completion of the checkin process, everyone ran over the garden and to the edge of the garden to see the panoramic view covering all over the southern part of the country. We planned some places to visit over the stay, but we decided to stay there at the bungalow without going anywhere. Kids have enough space to run and play all over the garden. Garden was beautifully maintained. Within seconds clouds surrounding every where and you will be wrapped by the mist. Then it disappears and clears everything within another short time. Bungalow is placed in the perfect place at the edge of the mountain. Then we checked in and the caretakers were very friendly to guide us on all the arrangements. There were four spacious double rooms and one family room with four beds where 12 visitors can be easily accommodated. Bed rooms were very clean and bathrooms too were very clean. Comfortable living area with sofas and chairs are there to relax while reading a book if anyone need. Before our arrival we discussed with the care takers about the food arrangements. Their cook was well experienced and meals prepared were fantastic throughout the stay. During the first night they arranged a BBQ and everything went perfectly with us. Shamlal, the care taker and his supportive staff are very proferssional throughout the stay and they are well experienced. Always supportive whenever we asked for anything. At the end, he was very transparent with all the bills on food arrangements and he made sure no one disturbs us unless we ask for anything from them. All in all, Clouds stay was one of the best ever and all five families enjoyed it at its best and will be a memory forever for everyone. We will again come back for sure. Thank you owners and staff for maintaining such good standards.

This is lovely location, lovely rooms with all the ammenities, and excellent, warm, professional service. The bungalow etself is wonderful and the view and the garden outside is right out of a fairy tale. There's also plenty of haputale sights very close to it. Definitely among the best holiday stays I've ever experienced.
