There is a private front patio to relax and unwind after a busy day.The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking basics. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination with the shower head activated by pulling down the ring at the end of the tub spout. The washer and dryer for this unit is located in the unfinished basement and is solely for this unit.The guest has full access to the one bedroom home with electronic key access to the unit. There's dedicated parking for each unit in this duplex.This unit is located close to the up and coming downtown Hapeville area with several new restaurants and shops it is a safe neighborhood.
