room was clean. bed was very squeaky when sat on or lay on it- should be replaced. bathroom should have shelf under sink to put toiletry bag. most 3 star hotels have this. refrige & microwave worked - yes ! breakfast was missing hash browns. everything else good esp fruits - apple & bananas. breakfast eating room was VERY CROWDED - no were to sit. It needs to be larger. rate this place 3 stars

My room was very quiet, spacious and clean. Everything worked that was supposed to. Breakfast was generous and filling, consisting of several hot food options as well as yogurt, cereal and fruit. The hotel is situated in a quiet area away from Madison proper.

Traveled with my wife to attend a wedding. Stayed at the Comfort Inn based on recommendation of family members who had previously stayed here, and they were right – excellent hotel, clean, friendly staff from the desk to the cleaning crew to the breakfast staff. Not cheap, but considering that Madison (historic and scenic city on the Ohio River) is somewhat of a vacation destination, and given the very high quality of the product, price was very reasonable. We are planning to return late summer or early fall, and we will definitely be staying here again at that time.

This place is honestly one of the worse hotel ive ever stayed in they didnt clean my room for a whole week beds were never made you can see the the tv stand , tables and nightstand aren't even wiped down the floors haven't been swept or anything all they do is bring you soap that smells like playdoh and towels i would not recommend it at all your better off to go to Hampton inn it is so bad here i will never stay here ever again

Had a good nights sleep in a comfy bed. Stayed here one night on our way through town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had plenty of towels. Breakfast was the usual fare and the staff kept up with the demand since there were several groups there. Although the breakfast area is a little small but they had a good variety of items. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel is in a great location. It's within minutes to the state park, and downtown Madison. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was cleN, quiet and smelled fresh. I had read a couple reviews about rooms that smelled like smoke, but that didn't happen. The bed was comfy, too. Tiny pool....like a double wide hot tub. Other than that, everything was good. Price was reasonable.
