I asked not to get me a THE END OF HALLWAY ROOM in the massage when I booked the room, they said ok, but what I got was a end unit, ( I hate end unit) Weird room layout with gigantic posts. Will never stay again.

The only mirror is located in the bathroom which is not enough. Not enough hanger or positioned in the wrong location in the toilet. Not enough lightings in the room. In summary, the room is poorly designed and without considering the needs of the occupants.

The reception（a short man）attitude is pretty bad，especially I ask for transportation from Honai to Halong bay，He answer me 4 million VND for private car only ，What a surprise？

Can’t believe what just happened to me. So I’ve stayed there with friends for 3 nights. The hotel is clean and staff at front desk are nice. But I think my bag has been swapped by someone with a fake version as we know you can find fake designer bags in Vietnam. Now I am home and noticed my bag looks very different from before, the color gets darker and the pattern looks a bit different too. The only day I left my bag was the second when stay in this hotel so I emailed the hotel and asked them if they can check their cctv for me but has received no response. So I guess I lost my bag and learnt a new lesson.

Very nice hotel, we stayed 4D3N. We got upgraded to One bedroom apartment for free. The staff are friendly and helpful. We required help with booking a day tour, and the staff at the concierge arranged a very good package for us.

Room is nice and big. But the toilet is quiet small. Breakfast is fantastic 😊 and lobby service is friendly. I will come again if I visit Hanoi next time.
