I enjoy my stay at the hotel. The receptionists were accommodating and polite. They can communicate in English so it’s really easy if you have any queries or requests. on our first night, the room was not that big and it’s quite old but on our second night, the room was new and it’s clean. The toilet is also really clean.

My brother and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cristina Boutique Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an experience we'll cherish forever. As we embarked on our journey to Sapa, this one-night stay served as the perfect beginning to our adventure. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The staff at Cristina Boutique Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The room was tastefully decorated and exuded a cozy charm that instantly put us at ease. After a long day of traveling, the comfortable beds were a welcome respite, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The room also offered all the modern amenities we needed, making our stay even more convenient. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and personalized service provided by the staff. They took the time to understand our travel plans and offered valuable insights about Hanoi and Sapa. The breakfast served at the hotel was a delightful affair. We were treated to a delicious spread of both Vietnamese and western dishes. The only downside we encountered was the limited space during breakfast hours. It seemed that many guests were trying to have breakfast around the same time, resulting in some waiting in the lobby. We would like to suggest that the hotel consider scheduling breakfast times for guests, allowing for a smoother and more enjoyable dining experience. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, we were within walking distance of several popular attractions and the bustling Old Quarter. This allowed us to explore the city's vibrant culture and heritage in the limited time we had. Overall, our one-night stay at Cristina Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the attentive staff and well-appointed rooms, made it a memorable experience. We left with a sense of contentment, ready to embark on the next leg of our journey to Sapa. A great location and nice owner. Meet great people

這是在攜程上預訂酒店當中最差的一家，房間面積狹小無比，連個桌子都沒有，就早餐還算可以。 除非萬不得已，千萬不要去這家酒店入住。 位於河內的老城區，要走過三四十米長的狹窄巷子，類似貧民窟似的。

가격을 생각하면 괜찮은데 조금 더주고 다른곳에서 묶는게 나을것 같아요~ 큰대로 가까운 위치 이지만 좁은 골목안에 있어 불편합니다. 사장님은 매우 친근하고 좋습니다.

Durante il soggiorno ho avuto bisogno di informazioni e aiuto nel prenotare alcuni trasferimenti all’interno del Vietnam. Peter è stato molto gentile e ha fatto tutto per me. Ho trovato un plus la possibilità di fare una doccia nel bagno comune prima di prendere il bus notturno, benché avessi lasciato la camera al mattino.

La scelta di questo Hotel è stata determinata dalla necessità di pernottare una notte nella capitale vietnamita, provenendo ad Hanoi aeroporto da HCM e avendo con me una valigia piuttosto pesante (a vacanza conclusa); cercavo pertanto una struttura in centro, facilmente raggiungibile (circa 450 metri) dalla fermata del bus express 86 che collega città e aeroporto. L' albergo, gestito in famiglia (marito e moglie, con 2 figli adolescenti), si trova in una stretta viuzza interna. A piano terra, oltre l'angolo reception, presente una piccola area per la colazione (compresa nel prezzo e accettabile qualitativamente), oltre l'ascensore. La camera in sè mi ha deluso (vedasi foto): letto 1 piazza e mezza, accessibile solo da un lato, risicato spazio nella stanza, tant'è che mancava pure un tavolino o scrivania dove collocare le proprie cose.. da uno stretto passaggio si accedeva al bagno, con qualche piastrella del rivestimento deteriorata e lavabo minuscolo e con tubo di scarico precario (o danneggiato) che determinava la fuoriuscita d'acqua sul pavimento. Presente un piccolo armadio non proprio pulito e in buone condizioni, con sottostante mini frigo (carente di vano freezer). L'albergo è vicino al suggestivo lago Hoan Kiem nel quartiere vecchio ed al Giang cafe, famoso per il suo "egg coffee", che pare sia stato ideato proprio dal gestore del bar negli anni '50. Pagato per una notte tramite Booking, inclusa colazione, circa 26 euro (25 laddove avessi pagato in contanti). Apprezzabile disponibilità del proprietario a custodire il vostro bagaglio alla reception dopo il check out. In definita: per soggiorni di 1 max 2 notti e se la vs priorità è la vicinanza al quartiere vecchio e le sue attrattive, oltre alla fermata del bus che connette con l'aeroporto, può anche andare. Diversamente, per lo stesso prezzo o poco più, ritengo si possa trovare di meglio nella bella Hanoi.

Hotel consigliato per soggiorno in città. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le attrazioni principali, personale molto gentile e premuroso. Consiglio di prenotare una camera grande per avere spazio per le valigie. Stanza pulita e con tutti i comfort principali

Ho soggiornato 2 notti. Bella camera, sufficientemente spaziosa, pulita, aria condizionata e balcone. Bella doccia. Colazione discreta e abbondante. Staff gentile. Posizionato appena all’interno dell’Old Quarter in un vicoletto. L’indirizzo non è facilmente localizzabile dagli autisti di Grab. Ma se si ha una SIM card locale, o se si chiede quando si è in zona, non è difficile da trovare. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

I would not stay here as we booked on Booking and they obviously put up their prices and did not want us to stay as we were given this message I want to inform you that we have changed owners, so your reservation may be accepted or they will not let you stay there. You will receive free cancellation, If cancellation will be best for you. I don't want you to get kicked out of the hotel when you get to the hotel. I'm truly sorry, and sympathetic, I wanted to inform you.

Peter and his team were outstanding. Location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Will definitely book again when I return to Hanoi. Hopefully sooner rather than later 😊

This hotel is perfectly placed, just near to the old quarter of Hanoi. The rooms are small but clean. You should just ABSOLUTELY ask to change if putted in the small room on the first floor. We were putted there but we identified right away that smells and noise from the kitchen go back upstairs. We asked to change room and the owner dit it right away, very nice from him, with no charges. We were putted in the small room on the 6th floor which was perfect. Breakfast is good with lot of quantities. The owner also allowed us to stock our bags in the hallway during our last day which was nice.

Worst hotel experience in Vietnam. I booked the hotel based on the positive reviews mainly around the helpful owner Peter. My wife and I were arriving at 5am in the morning and therefore I had booked our room for the evening before to ensure we had a bed to sleep in. Peter had messaged me the evening before and I confirmed our arrival time. Following this he then decided to give our room to someone else and expected us to wait in reception for hours until a room was free. Shocking. Pathetic customer service especially as I had done everything I could to ensure we were not stuck in that situation after a long night travelling. The reception area was covered in faeces, absolutely filthy. We couldn’t have been more disgusted. Absolutely shocking service and a disgusting hotel down a filthy alley. Avoid.

Grwat location in the old quarter. Peter and Lua cannot do enough for us. They are superb hosts. Breakfasts were delightful and plentiful. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to Peter and Lua
