Hanoi: i migliori appartamenti

La seconda notte per me e ancora impressionato con il Bar di Rooftop una bella vista del lago Hanoi

Stayed here for 3D2N. Noteworthy points: 1. Very professional concierge and service staffs. 2. Apartment provides full suite of amentities - lounge, breakfast area, indoor children’s play area, gym, pool, yoga/dance studio, golf simulator. Perfect for long stays 3. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Shout out to Somerset for providing a large bottled water to last us throughout our stay. 4. Very clean rooms. 5. Apartment is located outside of Old Quarter - approximately 20-25mins drive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel is in a great location and we had a comfortable stay. Our room was a two bedroom with a kitchen, which was nice and spacious with two kids. Bathrooms had a couple of spots where moisture was getting at the corners and paint was peeling. Also one of the beds has a whole in the headboard. We are pretty easy going so none of that bothered us or affected our stay.

部屋やベッドは広く、普通に綺麗で1週間カップルで泊まりましたが満足でした。鍋やキッチンもあるので簡単な料理も可能でした！ トイレもペーパーを流せるタイプだったのでありがたかったです。 強いて言えば、バスタオルが1つしか置いていないことでしたが、部屋の清掃を頼めば毎日してくれるので、その時に新しいものを補充してくれます。(水もその時に2本補充してくれます。) アクセスはノイバイ国際空港から車で約40分、ハノイ旧市街まで20〜25分と車がないと厳しく、移動するにはその都度grabにお世話になっていたので、最初は旧市街近くにすればよかったと思ったのですが、このホテルの周りは静かで、夜もベトナム特有のクラクションの音などもほとんど聞こえず、リラックスして休めたので、むしろここにしてよかったなと思いました！(ホテルのすぐ隣に朝イチで開く屋台のフォーがとても美味しかったのでここに泊まる方は是非食べてみてください！) どのスタッフの方も英語で丁寧に対応してくれました！ Cảm ơn

La stanza è molto spaziosa e ha tutto quello che serve rispetto al prezzo. tutti i dipendenti sono molto carini tranne il tipo che abbiamo incontrato per la prima volta all'hotel il 29 dicembre mattina. sembra che abbia avuto un turno notturno quel giorno. Chiamò l'hotel a chiedere dove si trovava perché non potevamo trovarlo e siamo stati così vicini. Rispose con non molto amichevole e non ha dato un benvenuto. Siamo venuti qui a chiedere il soggiorno libero. Oltre a questo ragazzo, tutto è perfetto.

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento a una camera da letto per un viaggio di fine settimana. È molto spazioso, pulito e luminoso. Il ristorante per il buffet del colazione è sul pavimento. Delizioso cibo con un tipo di pho che serve ogni giorno. Servizio di colazione occupato perché non ci sono troppe tavole. L'hotel si trova a circa 30 minuti di viaggio a Old Quarter con la macchina Grab. L'area locale non è la migliore per camminare, ma c'è un caffè a 1 minuto a piedi serve buon caffè.

A good choice if you’re staying a week or more. Easy access to downtown or elsewhere by car. Small apartment with kitchen stocked with all the essential equipment (dishes, flatware, pans, etc. ). Bedding is comfortable, but a bit firm. Nice couch and TV. New rug. Great breakfast. Very clean throughout. I could do with fewer artificial flowers in apartment and fewer, larger, better paintings in halls, but that’s minor and a matter of personal taste. Highlands coffee shop and bun cha nearby. We didn’t find much in the immediate area, so stop at Big C or a minimart for groceries.

In totale ho trascorso quasi 3 settimane in questo hotel e l'ho amato. Assolutamente nessuna denuncia solo lode. Il personale alla reception/precedentemente era così amichevole, utile e altamente efficiente. Spotlessly clean and everything in good working order. E'un buon colazione, ho mangiato qualche volta e è stato delizioso. Grande piscina e spa, una menzione speciale deve andare a Viet, NGA e HUYEN Io sto visitando di nuovo Hanoi nella prima metà del 2023 e ho già scelto il mio hotel, le elegante Suite

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and would stay there again. Rooms are very nice, the breakfast buffet each morning had a ton of options, and the staff throughout the hotel really stood out. The ladies working the breakfast remembered us each morning and were very friendly. And at the front desk, Thu and Hanh were especially friendly and helpful. The only thing to consider with this hotel is its distance from the Old Quarter. It requires a cab to get there which costs about 70-100 dong. Luckily, cabs are easy to find.

We really enjoyed staying here. We originally booked another hotel but due to the noise and other issues we had to change it and we’re very glad we chose Fraser Suites. It is located in very convenient location. Supermarkets are in the same building complex, there are numerous coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby and Old quarter and other tourist sites are quick taxi ride away. There is also a free comfortable shuttle service which we used couple of times. The room was modern, spacious and quiet. We slept really good in a big comfortable king bed. We enjoyed cooking a lot in well equipped kitchen and the washing machine was very useful for our longterm stay. We used a sky lounge on the top floor couple of times. Very nice views and great cocktails!! Due to the weather the infinity pool was not open but it must be really nice when it is warm out. The best part was the very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionists, cleaning stuff, the shuttle drivers, bartenders and waiters, they made our stay very special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
