Non è prevista l'opzione della colazione al momento della prenotazione e il costo della colazione a consumo dell'hotel è di 29 euro a persona per colazione. L'hotel è in una buona posizione, proprio nel centro della città e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a tutto.

位置好，設施老，服務好，早餐沒有國內的同星級豐富但是食物質量非常好👍。離中央車站和地鐵站步行三分鐘。周邊很多購物商場以及餐館。

The Hotel is pleasant enough, very clean, quiet for a city center location and the day time staff were polite. I didn't eat at the restaurant so cannot comment but it looked very quiet most evenings. Parking is tight although free of charge to residents. The entrance to the carpark can be a frustrating ordeal as the road is very narrow to negotiate. Today wide electric cars would really struggle to gain entrance. I did have to reverse in a narrow lane to let someone out after going past the barriers. The biggest disappointment was being charged twice on 2 accounts for the same stay. I have an account with our travel agency and the hotel. One account was used to pre pay the hotel in full the 2nd was the account i paid for 1 drink from the mini bar on check out. The hotel took it upon itself to charge 2 accounts for the full amount of the stay. Although the Hotel was called and emailed and were specifically told not to do so. Charging both accounts for the stay and taking monies without consent is imo dishonest has another description under the law. As this was done so flippantly without any response until a week after the stay with an apology. I would warn anyone thinking of using this hotel that this has a possible risk of being a frequent occurrence. My account was refunded days later but should never of happened. It took a direct instruction from the Travel agency before the monies were refunded to my account.

Excellent hotel, the staff, the service, room cleanliness and comfort, available parking (paid), at a great location. Didn’t eat at the restaurant just had coffee which was fine, service was high class. Overall we had a great experience staying in this hotel and being in Hannover! Thank tou

Very nice hotel well located in Hannover. Exec rooms very large with opening windows which is great although the hotel wasn’t over heated or stuffy. Breakfast very good and very nice staff throughout. Limited English language tv channels.

We stayed there a week during a trade show. On *********** I saw there by chance room prices above 1000 €. What do you get for it ? The rooms are top notch, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. We checked in on a Sunday evening and found out that our room ( 3rd floor) did not have internet. We informed the staff at check in, who reluctantly said they would fix it. We told them again on Tuesday evening, having in the meantime met some of our neighbours also sitting on the stairs for getting internet. Needless to say that even on Friday when we left nobody had fixed it. I talked about it at check-out, no apology ,nada. Breakfast is the slowest I have ever seen. When I ordered some fried eggs I was told that this would take 20 minutes. In general the staff at breakfast showed their incompetence also at other tables. Some people waited 30 minutes for their scrambled eggs During the week we entered the hotel restaurant one evning at 20:25. It was empty and a pretty arrogant maitre told us "everything is reserved". We found a good Italian restaurant nearby. When we returned at 10 pm we heard from collegues in the bar, that nobody had eaten there. He succeeded avoiding servicing cutsomers The only highlight in customer service in this hotel is the small bar. The long time bar chief is very friendly and fast, he makes you feel at home.

Really lovely hotel … service professional rooms nice … food fab ….great location for shopping …. Business services excellent ( meeting rooms / lunches etc) Breakfast room service gorgeous. One tiny issue if your room overlooks the road… is the street noise early in the morning …. Machines / road sweepers etc …
