L'hotel è molto pulito, non ha odori strani e il prezzo è molto conveniente. La cosa più importante è che gli asciugamani da bagno e da viso siano usa e getta, il che è molto buono. Anche il personale delle pulizie è molto gentile. Anche i prezzi da asporto qui sono economici

這家酒店安全性比較強，是我住酒店睡的最安心的一次。1.電梯需要卡，沒有房卡的人上不來。2.我自己有次忘記帶卡了，讓前台小帥哥幫我刷個電梯，需要我提供房間號-名字-身份證號，可能聽起來比較繁瑣，但他們目的也是為了保護我們安全。3.我是來臨平找朋友的，我一個女孩子單住，我朋友來酒店找我準備出去玩，我提前把房間號告訴了我朋友，因為沒卡上不來，找到前台幫忙 前台還是給我房間打了一個電話問我朋友是不是我的訪客 能不能上來，我個人就覺得非常細心，不會因為訪客説多詳細訊息而答應，而是尊重住客的需求。另外推薦一下臨平區，美食真的超多，吃東西推薦銀泰城，邊逛邊排餐廳的號 過來人的經驗。如果拍照打卡推薦新開業的銀泰in park，超出片。酒店酒店兩個銀泰的中間，出行非常方便。我們是上午去銀泰逛街買東西，中午回酒店休息了一下 下午又去了in park。推薦推薦推薦

La reception mi ha aggiornato gratuitamente la sala cinema della scena gigante. La schermata di proiezione è particolarmente stupefacente. Il aria condizionata è molto stupefacente. Puoi parcheggiare gratuitamente. Il piano di sopra è il cinema. L'ambiente è tutto il posto per mangiare. Puoi sedersi sotto il metro e fare la raccomandazione completa.

UUtente ospiteLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

JJoeypak酒店環境雅緻，別具風格，充分享受到西湖的天然氧吧。小朋友們愛極了這裏的房間，玩到不願意出門，空調給力，製冷效果很好。入住前管家小林 及時溝通限行提示和停車問題，沒有後顧之優。尤其我們退房後，遊西湖遇到特大暴雨，半小時步行全員淋濕，狼狽回酒店，管家竟然貼心幫我們重新開了間房洗漱休息，感動着值拉滿！這就是真正以人為本的服務吧！夜宵還送了新鮮的玉米汁和眼罩等暖心小物件，住店餐廳用餐也可以優惠，我們吃了好兩餐，味道不錯！位置沒得説，但還能有那麼多停車位，是西湖邊稀缺資源無疑了，距離西湖和靈隱寺都可以步行到達！

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。
前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

GGunxiaomiemieHo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel. Lo stile di design dell'hotel è davvero unico e la stanza è piena di una calda a**osfera. Igiene: è igienico e pulito. C'è una zia che pulisce il posto. La zia è molto responsabile e lo mantiene sempre pulito.
Ambiente: L'insonorizzazione è un po' scarsa. Alcuni ospiti aprivano la porta per fare telefonate di notte e riuscivano a sentirle chiaramente.
Servizio: Il servizio alla reception è davvero molto buono, ma ci sono molte zanzare e mancano repellenti per zanzare o zanzariere. Sono stato morso in un setaccio nella stanza e non sono stati trovati insetti.

La cosa positiva di questo hotel è che è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana di Hangzhou. E il servizio dell'hotel è molto attento. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti da quanto il personale fosse attento alle nostre esigenze, il personale dell'hotel era molto attento e ci ha dato più bottiglie d'acqua durante il nostro soggiorno e frutta l'ultima notte (cosa che non abbiamo chiesto). Come turista, il mio cuore è molto sentito Caldo. La stanza è davvero carina, si vede che è stata pulita con cura. Poi ho dimenticato le mie cose e non ci ho nemmeno pensato. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha persino chiamato e mi ha detto di inviarmeli tramite SF Express. L'ho calcolato e non c'era bisogno di spendere troppi soldi me e ho detto di non preoccuparmi. Sono rimasto davvero commosso dalla sua sincerità. Pochissimi hotel possono farlo. Inoltre, mia sorella mi ha chiamato per dirmi come rendere il check-in più comodo e veloce la prossima volta.
