Benvenuti i frutti, le bevande giornaliere nel frigo sono gratis, la colazione è ricco di delizioso gusto, vivere tre notti con la madre e la sorella, godere della tranquillità della fonte di cibo esterno. Il direttore della sede Xu ha spedito la torta e il regalo di compleanno in modo speciale, e ha dato troppe sorprese inaspettate.Deve tornare!

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. Excellent stay. Owner and service are nice and friendly. The room is clean and nice, comfortable. It’s a kind of homestay with 2 floors and not a high building which makes it feel cozier and calm. The hotel is located in a big and beautiful park area so feels like being away of the city and close from nature. Recommends 👍 Also there is a small farm / workshop / art infrastructure in front of the hotel, the landlord is nice and there is a cozy place to drink coffee in, worth taking a look!

一進入酒店，前台的小劉和小王便熱情地迎了上來，那燦爛的笑容瞬間驅散了我旅途的疲憊。他們專業且高效，辦理入住手續時有條不紊，還細心地向我介紹酒店的各項設施與服務，讓人倍感貼心。 更讓我驚喜的是，他們居然記得我之前入住時的喜好，提前預留了我最中意的房型。房間內乾淨整潔，一塵不染，床鋪平整舒適，衞生間也毫無異味，各種洗漱用品擺放得整整齊齊，一看就是經過精心打掃與整理的，非常nice！！ 在我入住期間，每次路過前台，小劉和小王都會主動打招呼，詢問我的入住體驗，有任何需求他們都盡力幫忙解決。酒店的早餐和健身房也可圈可點，很適合女生住，整體色調清新淡雅，鄰近西溪，環境宜人，很喜歡的酒店☺️ 這次商務出行因為這家酒店變得格外順心，尤其是前台小劉和小王的卓越服務，讓我真切感受到了賓至如歸。以後再有商務出行，這裏絕對是我的首選，也推薦給每一位追求高品質住宿體驗的同行人。

Wonderful location which is located inside of the one of top reserved natural beauty area - Xixi Wetland, can easy assess to wetland and visit the surrounding beautiful great natural landscape and wildlife. Moreover, the hotel built by Su style, one of most famous landscapes style in the ancient Chinese history. It’s also convenient to travel to another great place called Tian Mu Li where has lots of great foods and shoppings.

This is the second time that I stay here. The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

It is good to look around because it is near a wetland. There is a restaurant nearby and a nice course for a walk. The bed is comfortable and the blanket is cozy. It is nice because it is located in a place that is not crowded. You can run the washing machine. The dryer is not cleaned. The sound insulation is not soundproof, so the sound of words and doors closing in the hallway is severe. Earplugs are absolutely necessary.
