UUntamedFootprintsThe hotel is located quite close to subway station, about 5-10 min walk.
The two bedside table lights can’t be individually controlled. When one is switched on, the other switch on as well. It’s inconvenient when one wishes to sleep and the other wishes to read.
The window (on the window panel) can’t be closed. The traffic noise can be heard constantly.
The room is warm. So in order to sleep, the heater must be switched off. Then the cold seeps into the room and it becomes too cold.
The highest few floors (of the hotel) are commercial offices. Hotel guests not only have to share the lift with them, but also we the hotel staff. I suspect that there aren’t any cargo or staff elevators. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to use the elevators during office peak hours.
Breakfast is on the 15th floor. The food is average but soy milk is nice.
The toilet bowl is heated and auto-flush. Nice. There’s also a user-friendly control panel which works well.
The shower cubicle has two floor traps. So the water flow is fast. Very good.

La stanza è molto comoda, la qualità dei letti e dei materassi è buona. Il servizio del personale è intimo. Guardando il colazione del giardino di giardino ha caratteristiche locali, molto piacevole! GGrace CallejaThis hotel is literally ACROSS West Lake. I am still in AWE with the beautiful and memorable experience we had staying in this BEAUTIFUL AND TRANQUIL place. I am attaching photos of the grounds. Just walking around the compound early morning or after dinner is a treat! If I am not mistaken, there are 6 2-story high buildings in the compound that are used as hotel rooms and convention halls or meeting rooms and breakfast place. There was also one building in the compound where Mao Zedong drafted the first constitution! We stayed at the second floor of Building #2. From what I learned, this place is government-run and was renovated and used during the ASEAN summit in Hangzhou where foreign dignitaries stayed. They have a very fast and simple one-man check in counter. Very few English speaking staff, but everyone was very nice and room service was very fast. The room is good for 2pax with a kingsize bed but we opted to pay for an extra bed as there were 3 of us staying in the room. The beddings, towels and toiletries were all high quality and with Dyson haridryer! The scent of their shampoo and bodywash were also very nice. I like that their toilet and shower are separate cubicles which makes the morning rush faster. Toilet is smart toilet - which is a big plus as most hotel toilets do not have bidet! The breakfast buffet that is part of the room package was FANTASTIC! There were 2 options - one is an inhouse buffet breakfast and other one is at 1913, a Michelin-mentioned restaurant which is just beside the compound. We opted to dine at the 1913 on our first morning and thought the food was great with a lot of selection and quality options. Personally, I think the inhouse option was a better breakfast - better than a 5-star hotel breakfast! Since the compound is big, a free shuttle is available to take us to our chosen breakfast place or anywhere in the compound. On our second day, we had to catch a train and had to leave earlier than the scheduled breakfast time, upon request the hotel thoughtfully and generously packed for us a takeaway food which we conveniently ate during our train ride. One of the highlights. of our stay here was the free costume rental and 1-hour photography session that was bundled with our room cost. My 82 year old mom had a grand time! BONUS: the hotel provided a free wheelchair for the duration of our stay which we could use inside and outside of the compound! My mom was able to enjoy the scenery of West Lake because of that! The only downside was despite being a non-smoking room, I could still smell faint scent of cigarette. Overall, this place is SUPERBLY RECOMMENDED!

UUtente ospiteOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

Avrei consigliato molto di rimanere qui. Vale ogni penny. Very therapeutic and authentic Chinese experience (and given it’s the only 1 of 1 resort with a private lake and 40000sqm of space) it’s definitely worth an experience.

MM286154****Un'esperienza VIP che costa più di 1.500 a notte per soggiornare vicino al West Lake. È un luogo dove i capi di stato del G20 hanno soggiornato e visitato molte celebrità hanno lasciato le loro impronte qui. L'intero hotel è come un parco attentamente mantenuto. Lo scenario del parco è squisito come un bonsai ingrandito. Le strutture e i servizi dell'hotel sono impeccabili. Solo che l'Edificio 3 è di dimensioni più piccole. Le sale degli altri edifici sono molto ben arredate e non banali. I corridoi dell'Edificio 2 dove vivo sono tappezzati di dipinti a inchiostro di artisti famosi sconosciuti, che circondano un cortile splendidamente curato. Fai una piacevole passeggiata lungo il Lago dell'Ovest e senti il vibrante scenario della primavera; respira il leggero odore della terra e dei fiori che sbocciano dopo la pioggia. Ha un profumo migliore di qualsiasi altra fragranza. Questa esperienza non è costosa a 1.500 yuan. Se lo confronti orizzontalmente con gli altri hotel del Lago Ovest capirai cosa intendo.

La porta è la stazione di autobus, il saloon è circondato da champagne, l'ambiente è tranquillo e confortevole, è adatto a leggere libri e bere. Il servizio del personale è attento e apprezzato.La riunione sarà attiva e accoglierà il viso sorridente e accogliente.Le strutture della stanza sono complete, la pulizia è molto pulita, le letti e le teste sono molto comodi. Quando si sentono al mattino, la sorpresa più grande è che ci sono soppa d'orecchio d'argento e uova di lama per la notte, molto intime! Si consiglia fortemente che la prossima volta scelga qui.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel non ha nulla da dire. Ci vogliono solo sette o otto minuti a piedi per raggiungere il Lago dell'Ovest. Ci sono molte fermate dell'autobus davanti alla porta. È molto comodo per andare al Lago dell'Ovest e al molo di Wulinmen buona scelta per viaggiare gratis.
Accanto al Kerry Center e al mercato notturno di Wulin, mangiare non è un problema.
L'arredamento dell'hotel è un po' vecchiotto, ma è pulito e ordinato e il servizio è cordiale. Anche se si trova lungo la strada, non è rumoroso e le camere sono insonorizzate. La colazione dell'hotel è all'altezza del suo prezzo e offre un'ampia varietà di scelta. Se fosse rinnovato, non potrei prenotare allo stesso prezzo, sceglierei di nuovo qui la prossima volta.

HHuifeideshigeForse perché era durante il Festival di Primavera, era a meno di 20 minuti di taxi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Hangzhou Est. La camera era molto spaziosa, la biancheria da letto era pulita, la trapunta era molto confortevole, l'acqua calda era sufficiente e la stanza è stato pulito in modo tempestivo. Anche se questa volta ho soggiornato a Hangzhou solo per due notti, la sistemazione era abbastanza soddisfacente.
