雖然已經離開了杭州，但是仍然想給這家賓館的工作人員一個好評。在我們剛剛在網上訂了這一家賓館後，工作人員馬上致電告訴我們由於杭州交通管制，指導我們如何坐車去賓館。下高鐵後雖然趕上了晚高峯，但是我們也很快就找到了賓館，到賓館的時候，工作人員按照自己估計時間在門口迎接我們，當我們進房間的時候，着實被房間的温度温暖了，小夥子為了讓我們進房間不冷，提前已經為我們打開了空調，又在門口和我們交流了我們第2天的行程，提供了許多幫助。

This small hotel is located about 800 metres from the Lingying Temple in Hangzhou which makes it an easy walk. There are manr restaurants nearby with a variety of food options. The hotel staff were polite and friendly even though they spoke little English. The rooms were clean and very tastefully decorated. The quality of the toiletries was excellent. The only downside for me was a standard chinese breakfast with no options to choose from. I would stay there again

Devo dire che l'ambiente della gente e il caffè della loro casa sono davvero sorpreso di me. L'ambiente pulito e igienico sono anche molto tranquillo e fuggire dalla città.Molto comodo, a distanza di Fang Mei e di Piccolo del Nord, dieci minuti a piedi. Il caffè della loro casa è anche molto buono, e il profumo di caffè è pieno di tutto il suo appetito.E'molto buono con il gusto o l'esclusione fornita dal popolo. Un libro con una tazza di caffè per un po'di tempo di gioia seduto vicino alla finestra, il paesaggio tranquillo fuori dalla finestra, e ascoltare il suono del ricco Dio, mi piace molto.
Ho il profumo che mi piace.La reception, le scale sono piene di pezzi odori.

There are three Chinese restaurants and one Western restaurant. The Mingzhu Palace, located in the main building, can hold 700 diners. Besides, there are bar/lounge and coffee shop.Business travelers will find well-equipped conference halls and rooms of various sizes to take advantage of. 先説好的，一是漢服體驗極佳，攝影師和髮型師極其給力，是旅途最大的亮點（btw贈送的是服裝哦，不包含粧造，但是價格也不貴，我覺得很值得）。二是早餐還不錯吧，比同價位的豐盛點。三是前台服務人員給予升房待遇，十分感謝。
接下來是吐槽部份。總之，98%不會再考慮入住。
1、房內設施太簡陋。一是房間插座至少三處沒電、一處需要支起特定的角度才能充上電以及總控設計及其不合理（別的酒店都是總燈光控制，這家關了插座的電都沒了）導致一晚上電子產品均未進行充電，對於遊客及其不便利。二是要啥沒啥，習慣酒店提供牙線、化粧棉、棉簽，這家都不提供，望周知自備。三是提供的東西也都很廉價，洗護產品都是未知品牌，都非一次性包裝（甚至是瓶口未做不可隨意拆開處理）且入住均未裝滿，衞生方面堪憂。
2、酒店結構不合理。一言以蔽之，幾乎大堂二樓吃完早飯走到房間就餓了。
3、酒店位置不便捷。旅客高峯期都不要選擇西湖區酒店（進酒店時又封路又堵車，5.2km硬生生堵了一個半小時），打車打不到、共享單車搶不到、公交車擠死了、走路腿會斷。

在網上找了很久，比較之後選了這家日式詫寂風民宿，入住後體驗感很好。房間雖然不大但功能齊全，各種擺件及大堂的設計很有意境，咖啡純正，早餐精緻，一家很有格調的民宿。值得一提的是離貓貓寺僅五十米，所以已經力薦給了身邊的貓友們。計劃秋天再來滿覺隴賞一場滿隴桂雨，到時會二刷覓萩野。

UUtente ospiteOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

Worth every penny. Very therapeutic and authentic Chinese experience (and given it’s the only 1 of 1 resort with a private lake and 40000sqm of space) it’s definitely worth an experience.

La sorella del governatore è molto attenta. La stanza è molto letteraria. È come ci piace. Abbiamo ancora molte varietà di cucina per colazione. Posso fotografare un bel pony rosso nel cortile dell'hotel, Non lontano è anche un bel paesaggio. Abbiamo sorpreso i nostri nordici. Quando siamo usciti, la sorella ha anche dato un dono di accompagnamento caldo, braccialetti e Dio della ricchezza. Chi può rifiutare un regalo così bello. Grazie per il vostro servizio caldo e prudente. Ci vediamo, sicuramente.

Secondo: la posizione e l'ambiente sono molto buoni, vicino al Lago dell'Ovest, e l'ambiente della camera degli ospiti è pulito e bello.
Terzo: la stanza è insonorizzata, sono disponibili caffè, acqua e bevande e gli articoli da toeletta sono completi.
Di seguito le carenze:
1: Nella stanza ci sono solo pantofole di cotone per uso interno e non ci sono pantofole speciali per il bagno.
2: La porta inferiore del bagno ha un ampio spazio e non è possibile chiuderla completamente. Dopo aver fatto la doccia, si verificano infiltrazioni d'acqua nella stanza.

UUtente ospiteOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. The location of the hotel is undoubtedly one of its biggest advantages. Situated just a few minutes' walk from the famous West Lake, it is incredibly convenient for those wanting to explore one of China’s most scenic attractions. The proximity to West Lake makes it easy to take early morning or evening walks along the picturesque waterfront, which I found very calming. Additionally, the hotel is close to several popular shopping streets, including Hubin Road, where you can find both luxury brands and local shops. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, giving guests many dining options beyond the hotel itself.
2. Warm and Efficient Check-in Process
From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and well-lit, giving off a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. Check-in was smooth and quick, with the front desk staff offering a welcome drink upon arrival. I appreciated their professionalism—they spoke fluent English and were well-prepared to answer all my questions about nearby attractions and transportation options. One thing that stood out was their attentiveness; they noticed I had traveled a long way and offered to expedite my check-in, which was a thoughtful touch.

In addition to the breakfast buffet, the hotel offers several dining options throughout the day. I dined at their Chinese restaurant one evening, which specializes in Hangzhou cuisine. The dishes were authentic and flavorful—definitely a highlight of my trip. I recommend trying the local specialty, Dongpo Pork, which was cooked to perfection. Room service was also available 24/7, and I tried it once when I returned late from sightseeing. The food was delivered promptly, and the quality was on par with the restaurant meals.
