Hotel in zona Jinjiang Station, Hangzhou

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The property was impeccably clean, and to my surprise, my room was automatically upgraded upon check-in—an unexpected but delightful gesture. The provided toiletries were of noticeably high quality, far surpassing what I've encountered in similar hotels. This attention to detail really stood out and enhanced my stay. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service makes this hotel a fantastic choice. The room is spacious with the upgrade. We enjoyed our stayed here with the limited view of west lake from our room. The breakfast is good with variety of selection. Very near to metro station as well. Thank you for the good service from the counter staff. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Only suggestion is probably can consider to supply a better choices of breakfast pack other than fruits and 🥯 when we requested for it as our flight is early morning. The same request as rushing for early morning flight, we make for hotel in Beijing yet they able to provide variety of choices including xiao long bao in the breakfast pack.

Don't know how I did it, but by mistake booked two family lofts...the receptionist kept cewcking if I am sure two? I thought he meant the suite has two rooms and two floors. Needless to say kids enjoyed their own deluxe family loft and parents their own. I cannot believe how inexpensive this accomodation was. Breakfast was good too at 30rmb per person.

酒店位置非常好找，開車過來停車非常方便，保安大哥非常熱情，幫忙安排停車位，協助我停車，感覺非常和藹可親；進入酒店大廳乾淨整潔，悠揚的輕音樂讓人很放鬆，到前台辦理入住，前台小姐姐非常熱情，安排的靠北邊的房間，非常安靜，房間也挺不錯的，現代簡約風格。辦理入住時行李比較多，禮賓員主動幫我運送行李，服務非常棒，來杭州去了西湖，酒店離西湖很近，公交車2站路非常方便，西湖的夜景非常漂亮，回到酒店已經很晚了，點了外賣，機器人送到房間，非常的便捷，足不出户就可以享用夜宵，非常奈斯。酒店的早餐是自助餐，菜品非常豐富，中西結合滿足不同人羣的需求，我比較喜歡吃小混燉都是現包的，非常新鮮可口，退房可以延遲到下午14:00，中午還能午休一下，非常的人性化。這次旅程非常愉快！選擇的酒店我也非常滿意，如果下次杭州下雪的話，我還要在來看雪，還會選擇五洋。
