Questo hotel ci ha conquistato per la sua vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana e per l'ottimo servizio clienti. Siamo rimasti colpiti dal livello di reattività del personale alle nostre esigenze e il personale dell'hotel è molto attento e ci ha offerto una bottiglia di vino extra. acqua durante il nostro soggiorno, un regalo di frutta durante la nostra ultima notte (senza che lo chiedessimo). Grazie a Sam e Alan alla reception che forniscono un eccellente servizio di assistenza clienti e alla cameriera che ha fatto un buon lavoro nel mantenere la pulizia della camera a casa. La colazione a buffet offre scelte sia locali che occidentali Altamente raccomandato. La cosa positiva di questo hotel è che è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana di Hangzhou. E il servizio dell'hotel è molto attento. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti da quanto il personale fosse attento alle nostre esigenze, il personale dell'hotel era molto attento e ci ha dato più bottiglie d'acqua durante il nostro soggiorno e frutta l'ultima notte (cosa che non abbiamo chiesto). Grazie a Sam e Alan alla reception per il loro eccellente servizio clienti e alle cameriere che hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro mantenendo pulita la stanza. La colazione a buffet offre scelte alimentari cinesi e occidentali. altamente raccomandato.

Questo è un alloggio molto buono con (1) design super elegante, (2) grande posizione e (3) buone opzioni per il buffet colazione. Una cosa che devo denunciare è stata l'odore strano che si è sentito nel bagno, e peggiorò ogni volta che siamo tornati in camera dopo un lungo giorno di chiusura di tutte le porte e le finestre. Il personale ha aggiornato la nostra stanza (anche prima che l'odore avvenga) e ci ha offerto di cambiare la stanza due volte (dopo che l'abbiamo riferita), abbiamo provato una volta e finalmente abbiamo scoperto che l'odore potrebbe essere andato se (1) spostato sul cavo di carico per almeno un’ora e (2) messo su un sacco di spray in sala lavender.

We are a family of four. We stayed three nights at the Hotel. We liked it a lot, although the heater didn't work so well so it was a little chilly when we woke up in the morning. I want to commend Lulu for her excellent service. I had requested for the two rooms we booed to be near each other. She took her initiative to give us connecting rooms. She gave us excellent advice on how to navigate Hangzhou city. Thank you, Lulu.

The room is spacious with the upgrade. We enjoyed our stayed here with the limited view of west lake from our room. The breakfast is good with variety of selection. Very near to metro station as well. Thank you for the good service from the counter staff. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Only suggestion is probably can consider to supply a better choices of breakfast pack other than fruits and 🥯 when we requested for it as our flight is early morning. The same request as rushing for early morning flight, we make for hotel in Beijing yet they able to provide variety of choices including xiao long bao in the breakfast pack.

超乾淨，大小合適，服務態度好，智能，前台看到小朋友會送氣球，保潔阿姨看到我們出去玩還問我們水夠不夠喝，要不再拿一瓶（房間裏已經送了四瓶了），我們拿紙袋子在前台辦退房，前台小姐姐看到主動説紙袋子不結實，給我們換個袋子細節非常到位，電視上會智能歡迎你，馬桶超乾淨，地鐵口開到床頭上（超近），還有小冰箱，洗衣服，掛燙機，連刷鞋池都有，酒店早餐也是非常適合小朋友和女士，樓下是麪館，馬路對面是麪包店，對帶小朋友的家庭來説簡直了，性價比遠超親子酒店。我感覺是我住過很多酒店裡麪性價比最高的，以後來杭州就住她家啦。

酒店在市中心，環境真心不錯。距離四季青很近，步行即可到達。門口步行2分鐘就是地鐵站，附近吃飯，超市，水果店都有。酒店還有免費停車。前台小姐姐和房間服務人員阿姨態度都非常好，熱情周到。房間裏面很乾凈，床鋪柔軟舒適，很安靜。衞生間乾濕分離。價格也不貴，是來杭州首選。下次還會再來入住。

The hotel is conveniently located near the West Lake (about a 15-minute walk) and not far from the famous walking street. Although the staff doesn't speak English, they are very helpful and try their best to communicate. The breakfast is delicious and diverse (48 yuan per person). There are many convenience stores, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby. The highlight of the hotel is its beautiful interior design and high-quality amenities, comparable to a 5-star hotel but at an affordable price. However, the light control panel in the room can be a bit tricky to use. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Don't know how I did it, but by mistake booked two family lofts...the receptionist kept cewcking if I am sure two? I thought he meant the suite has two rooms and two floors. Needless to say kids enjoyed their own deluxe family loft and parents their own. I cannot believe how inexpensive this accomodation was. Breakfast was good too at 30rmb per person.
