Questo hotel ci ha conquistato per la sua vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana e per l'ottimo servizio clienti. 超乾淨，大小合適，服務態度好，智能，前台看到小朋友會送氣球，保潔阿姨看到我們出去玩還問我們水夠不夠喝，要不再拿一瓶（房間裏已經送了四瓶了），我們拿紙袋子在前台辦退房，前台小姐姐看到主動説紙袋子不結實，給我們換個袋子細節非常到位，電視上會智能歡迎你，馬桶超乾淨，地鐵口開到床頭上（超近），還有小冰箱，洗衣服，掛燙機，連刷鞋池都有，酒店早餐也是非常適合小朋友和女士，樓下是麪館，馬路對面是麪包店，對帶小朋友的家庭來説簡直了，性價比遠超親子酒店。我感覺是我住過很多酒店裡麪性價比最高的，以後來杭州就住她家啦。

Ho avuto un soggiorno sorprendente! Il design dell'hotel è molto unico e si sente in un altro mondo. La stanza stessa è così comoda che volevo poter estendere il mio soggiorno. Super pulito, nuovi mobili, grande letto comfi e grandi strutture. Il personale del servizio mi ha aiutato molto, sono grato per la loro gentilezza 🤍

The location is the most superb for this hotel, it’s near train and subway station so it’s very easy to get around. There are a lot of stores and restaurants around the hotel. The room was really wide.

Abbastanza semplice, un prezzo basso soprattutto tenendo conto. Nessuno parla inglese, ma il personale cerca comunque di aiutarti, ogni volta che chiedi qualcosa.

Excellent service from the staff at the reception area. Was served drinks while waiting to check in at the lobby. Never experience this type of service before. They were very polite and patient too! The hotel room are very well equipped with very good quality toiletries, not to mention the smart toilet bowl. But just wondering why the toilet door is designed with no locks. Overall a very very happy 2 night's stay in this excellent hotel!

Buon hotel pulito come previsto da Hampton da Hilton brand. Buon colazione si diffuse tranne le chiuse alle 10:00. Sarebbe bello estendere fino alle 10:30. Bella vista se il piano superiore.

The hotel is conveniently located near the West Lake (about a 15-minute walk) and not far from the famous walking street. Although the staff doesn't speak English, they are very helpful and try their best to communicate. The breakfast is delicious and diverse (48 yuan per person). There are many convenience stores, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby. The highlight of the hotel is its beautiful interior design and high-quality amenities, comparable to a 5-star hotel but at an affordable price. However, the light control panel in the room can be a bit tricky to use. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

首先： 電梯出門就有一股味道、然後走廊看到一坨的桌布。 房間裏連被套都是破的（洞洞）； 椅子看着比較臟。 房間隔音是差、離馬路太近、路上開的車子都聽着清楚。 晚上12 點才入住、2 點多才睡； 結果早上8:30 就有人敲門問有沒有人在房間（估計是打掃的）； 哎、總體感覺還離三星標差了點。
