Savoir Resort

因為入住的時候比較急 晚上約了朋友吃飯 放下行李就出去了 導致沒有檢查清楚房間就住下了 晚上10點再次回到房間的時候 酒店已經做了夜床服務 把所有窗簾都拉上了落地窗前是有個長凳子的 我想躺着 就把上面的小桌子移開 然後就看到一大攤茶跡 很臟 很影響心情 而且 發現 白天是看不到的 被小桌子擋上 更堪稱沒有 用這些去掩蓋 就很無語 可以對比圖一圖二圖三 我預訂的是庭院房 也就是希望可以在庭院裏欣賞一下風景 但很搞笑的是庭院的沙發凳子都是封着的 有人住的話不是應該要整理出來的嗎！而且自己手動掀開的時候 還挺臟挺多灰塵的 就很無語 可能衹給眼觀吧！ 然後洗手枱也是崩的 這房間也不算便宜 不懂自己為何會預訂 為了啥 服務也就中規中矩 唯一尚算滿意的是早餐 但看着那個經理為別人忙來忙去 到牛奶倒茶 唯獨沒到自己桌前 就有點酸 笑死 反正再也不會去了 也不推薦 杭州服務 細節 設施好的酒店太多了 這算啥？ 就為了蹭大灣仔同款酒店？（白眼）

During our stay, the staff were very helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The food is also delicous. Thank you very much.

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.
