Camere un po' antiquate. Servizio al limite dell'accettabile, ma per il costo può andare. Non ho usufruito della colazione. La reception è gestita anche a tarda notte per cui non ci sono limitazioni orarie di entrata uscita.

Questo è un hotel più piccolo che va bene per un giorno/due a Hangzhou! L'hotel è piccolo e non il più pulito, con spazi più ristretti e mobili ed elettrodomestici leggermente vecchi. Le dotazioni erano fornite e il letto era comodo

The review was given青季酒店Mini as we didn't stay at Bokai hotel due to renovation. Overall is acceptable except bathroom has drainage smell. Hotel owner was good and helpful. Thanks.

Nice place to stay in Hangzhou. The location is perfect. Popular attractions, including West Lake, big shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance. At the same time hotel itself is very quiet. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Room quite small if u have big luggage then its hard to move around but still manageable. Clean. Its depends on where u wanted to visit. I would say its located between west lake and nan song street. Overall satisfied. Basic room.

Incredible location, 1 km from West Lake, 350 meter to Metro line 1, and 1.5 km from Qin something shopping street. Managed to book a Wuzhen your, very helpful and patient when booking it (phone translations). Though tour was only available in Chinese. Was not an issue though, just did not get all the details of the first area for 1 hour. Rest of the time was free time to explore.
