The room is clean and tidy, the girl manning the reception is so nice as she helped to carry my luggage upto the 2nd floor. Strong water pressure and we were provided with disposable slippers and bath towels. Highly recommended.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and super-courteous. Booking and check-in were easy. The room was an attic with small windows on the third floor, fine for one but probably too cramped for more. It has a small adjacent shower room with pedestal toilet and basin. It was quite hot in the afternoon in late October but the aircon was great. A cleaner replaces the "eco-friendly" disposable towels (compostable? in plastic? I don't know), water bottles, etc. and empties bins daily, so it is well serviced. There is a little shopping neighbourhood further to the northwest (keep walking to the end of the little Boulevarde and keep going through the plaza with the dancer statue), handy for basics and dining. This minsu has a lovely little cafe downstairs. There is also a washing machine. The bed was firm and very comfortable. If you are more than about 1.65m in height the attic room may be uncomfortable. The minsu is on the road leading to the 灵隐寺庙 complex, which is about a five hour mountain walk and well worth exploring --- just not on the weekend when it is SO crowded.

This area (Lanjiawan) has always been my favourite! I used to hang out with friends here before the pandemic, so there were lots of memories. ;++j+(I booked the attic for two nights and I love it! The hotel owner and staff are so friendly and very willing to help. I talked to three of them

為杭州馬拉松來的，住在民宿咖啡廳樓上的房間，乾淨舒適，房間有臨水陽台視線開闊；值得一提的是房間裏單獨配了洗衣機，比去洗衣房更方便；街對面有價格友好的停車場，下樓走幾步就能到浙大；老闆娘人很好很爽快，找機會再來

對民宿改觀了～非常好，很乾凈很整潔！老闆很晚也在幫我處理問題！很貼心！

環境衞生很好，服務很周到，店員很熱情

房間衞生挺乾淨的，住着很舒服！離西湖很近，走路到西湖邊大概十多分鐘，還是很方便的，附近吃的地方也多，店裡的小姐姐服務熱情，還可以喝咖啡，老闆娘做得一手好咖啡，熱情大方的老闆娘很聊的來，咖啡館挺有特色，芋圓也好吃！客房裡的配置也全，毛巾浴巾都是一次性的，質量也挺好，整體很滿意！

已忘記是第幾次入住她家了，老闆娘和店員都很熱情。這次是過來辦點事，過於忙碌，今天才點評，月上蘭灣民宿環境優美，乾淨整潔，離西湖景區很近，設備齊全，一樓咖啡館很有特色，飲品口感超級Nice，放假準備帶孩子一起過來玩

房間乾淨温馨整潔，老闆娘人超級好，周圍的環境也非常棒，好吃的多 可以賞花散步，鍛鍊，到西湖到夜市距離很近都非常方便。這次是工作出差，下次帶家人一起度假還會選擇這裏，入住之後非常舒服😌隱於鬧市，歸於平靜～給忙碌焦躁的心帶來安撫❤️💕

房間和照片一樣。裝飾衞生都滿分。 民宿的小妹妹很熱心，會耐心的為你解釋清楚入住須知和需要，介紹了好好吃的早餐店。地理位置不錯，雖然不是走路到西湖，也算是蠻近的了。左右都是可以去到西湖的景點。靠近竹園，和植物園。如果是降温的時候來，可以好好的逛竹園這邊。去大運河，靈隱寺都是要坐公交車，步行到浙大玉泉校區，或者是青芝塢路線。

非常舒服的民宿，店裡氛圍特別好，前台小姐姐熱情禮貌，還沒到就提前電話聯繫發定位！房間乾淨，配套設施齊全，衞生打掃的特別好，用的都是一次性的物品質量挺好的！民宿裏還有一間咖啡館，老闆娘熱情大方，給送了拿鐵咖啡，口感棒棒噠，還給做了旅遊路線，推薦的餐廳也好吃，愉快的杭州行，開心~

非常舒服的民宿氛圍，前台的服務態度超級好，還沒到就提前聯繫給我發民宿定位，民宿的周邊環境特別好，位置也非常方便，附近交通便利，公交地鐵滴滴打車出行毫無壓力。周邊吃飯方便，餐廳很多！房間內的設施非常齊全，衞生也乾淨整潔，生活用品一應俱全，民宿還有一間自己的咖啡館，過來的時候剛好趕上老闆娘在，給我推薦的梔子梨香拿鐵，味道很好喝，推薦推薦！

客房環境乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐服務熱情，店裡氛圍很舒服，落地窗採光特別好，陽光可以灑落到床上初春的天氣曬曬陽光真舒服，客房使用的物品大多是一次性的質量挺好的，乾淨衞生，民宿還有自己的咖啡館，老闆娘做的咖啡超級好喝，早上出去玩的時候來杯咖啡一天能量滿滿！
