La camera deluxe con vista sulle montagne è piuttosto di design, con un ampio spazio e comoda da usare. Il bagno è ben accolto e la vasca è molto comoda. La biancheria da letto è pulita e confortevole. Il punto più importante è che l'accappatoio non sembra così pulito e le pantofole non sono usa e getta. Non è accettabile riutilizzare le pantofole di cotone dell'hotel. Inoltre, la Xixi Road to Tianmushan Road è stata in costruzione di recente e il traffico non è così conveniente.

L'hotel ha un design semplice e introverso, con personale di servizio cordiale e amichevole. Le camere sono comode e spaziose, dai colori caldi ed eleganti. L'intero residence è molto rilassante e confortevole. Prenderete comunque in considerazione la possibilità di soggiornare nel prossimo viaggio d'affari. L'unica cosa a cui devi prestare attenzione è il pavimento scivoloso, che potrebbe essere causato dall'olio sul pavimento del bagno. È facile scivolare dopo aver indossato la frizione interna e aver camminato di nuovo sul pavimento di legno. Il baricentro è instabile più volte. L'hotel deve prestare particolare attenzione a questa parte.

Il check-in presso la reception dell'hotel è stato rapido e l'effetto dell'aria condizionata era eccezionale. L'area di attesa aveva caffè, croissant e biscotti self-service. Il divano è molto morbido e l'ascensore è relativamente privato e richiede una carta per salire. Il letto in camera è molto morbido e pulito. C'è una macchina da caffè a capsule e un genio **all in camera. L'appendiabiti in bagno è molto bello. Ci sono molti appendini e soddisfano la piccola fatina che ama lavare e asciugare. Le pantofole sono molto comode. Nel cassetto ci sono anche tazze da caffè e tazze da acqua. Lo specchio sulla toletta è molto bello quando mi trucco. Mi sento sempre molto bella. L'interruttore intelligente con interruttore a un pulsante e le strutture per tende automatiche sono molto complete. La posizione è molto buona. È molto comodo prendere un taxi per West Lake in pochi minuti. Al momento del check out, il personale dell'hotel aiuterà anche a portare la valigia al taxi, che è molto attento. Si consiglia di mettere una limonata o un tè d'orzo vicino alla zona della macchina del caffè.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, c'è una strada commerciale accanto, è comodo per mangiare, è molto vicino all'edificio degli uffici di Papa Ma, non lontano dal West Lake, l'abbiamo impostato qui solo per andare al West Lake, l'ambiente della camera è molto elegante, anche i camerieri sono molto entusiasti e abbiamo fatto colazione a buffet, sembra essere 68 persone, il ristorante non è grande e la varietà di piatti non può essere paragonata ai cinque -hotel a stelle. Siamo a nostre spese. Ritengo che il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non sia molto elevato. Se l'hotel lo dà, puoi considerarlo. Se non ci sono regali, puoi ordinare da asporto. OK, molto comodo

La stanza è abbastanza grande, l'igiene è buona, le strutture sembrano cinque stelle. Camera con vista sulle montagne aggiornata gratuitamente, la bellezza è una stanza un po 'scivolosa, specchi in camera e specchi un po' riflettenti.

The hotel's service was exceptional and the restaurant provided a delightful dining experience. Its location offered convenient access to a range of dining options and the premises were maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

The service was great, the staff were nice and really did their best to assist. I would like to especially mention Yuan (not sure about the spelling) who attended to us when we arrived on our first night. she assisted with my questions even if we had to use a translator. I had so many problems at one time as it was our first night and she tried to patiently give me a solution or an answer. We got lost going to the hotel as we came by metro and the maps were not accurate enough to find it easily. We asked three people and the last one finally called the hotel to ask where it was. When we reaches the hotel, the one on duty was already waiting for us at the door. Just when we thought the tea time was over, as we were tired and hungry after all that searching, that’s when she brought a new batch of creme brulee and nicely designed yoghurt. I kid you not, that’s the best tasting yoghurt for me ever (I’ve tasted so many all these years from many different countries and brands). The breakfast had enough variety and good quality food. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I loved it. It’s exactly what you hoped for from a room. It looks better in person than in pictures. Although, the location is far from everything.

Great hotel with convenient access to subway. But it is a bit far from touristic places as you need to circle the mountain to go to the lake. It is more peaceful than city center hotel, so it is recommended if you want a relaxed/peaceful stay. Breakfast is good but mostly Chinese style. The western food is limited to a slice of bread, jam and a cup of coffee. If you like salty breakfast, it is a good hotel. If you like sweet breakfast, you should go somewhere else. I enjoy a lot the lobby of the hotel that is peaceful and with free afternoon tea. The room is a bit dark, especially the bathroom part. It is difficult to see clearly in the night.

Spent four nights here whilst visiting family. Found all staff helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was huge. We had breakfast a couple of days and it had a good selection of western and local food. We made use of the laundry room which was well equipped with washers dryers and ironing facilities. The hotel is very near to a metro station but it took us a while to find. Ask at reception for directions as our electronic map didn’t find it. Afternoon tea was a lovely extra. One observation is that the mood lighting of our room was excellent but an option for a brighter light in the bathroom area would be useful. A great hotel and would definitely recommend.

The location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood and 3-minute walk to Gudang Xincun Subway station. Room size is ideal for family and in-room+hotel amenities are excellent (laundry, complimentary bike rental, afternoon tea). Convenient stores and eateries are just within short walking distance. Reception staff are very helpful and polite. Highly recommended hotel for families and for travelers seeking quiet and comfortable accommodation.

Excellent hotel to stay for a family trip. Nice, neat and clean room with decent breakfast. I will come here again next time when visiting this city. Good.
