Lo stile di decorazione della camera è un po' antiquato, ma i dettagli sono molto buoni e il prezzo è molto alto. Il giorno dopo mi sono trasferito a West Lake. Non era affatto conveniente. Mi ha fatto sentire un po' ferito. Se potessi scegliere, sceglierei comunque Radisson.

I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel in Hangzhou, China overall. It has quite a good accessibility to public transports, such as line 1 which connects other parts of the city and West Lake, one of the main attractions in Hangzhou and a high convenience in shopping with numerous convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The amenities were satisfying but I wish they could take more care of some small parts like cigarette smell in the room and hallway for instance.

Great Hotel.. at the right location

It was a nice experience. Their gym and swimming pool is good. Food in the breakfast is nice too. A.C. is a bit old.

Towels though clean has terrible smell of cigarette smoke

Friendly, helpful staff with enough English to help when needed. The hotel is quiet, well situated and generally clean - my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels each day. Stayed here for the gym and location and neither disappointed. Will stay again.

The hotel was good and the staff were overall accommodating. The fitness area and the pool were lovely. However, the hairdryer caught fire in my room and it was a hazard. When I told the staff they allowed me to move rooms easily and did upgrade me. However they didn’t seem concerned about the hazard itself.

市中心，屬於杭州傳統生活區，去哪裡都很方便！交通很便利！現在酒店的健身房也開了，是自助式的，適合我這種社恐人士[捂臉]。酒店服務非常專業，前台小趙知道我睡眠不太好，貼心的幫我們安排了遠離高架的安靜房！很贊！

杭州每年都要來一次的，風景太美了。這次入住的這個酒店服務特別好，前台有位小陳很熱情的幫我們規劃旅遊路線，想去宋城玩，他非常快速幫我們推薦了詳細的方案，旅行特別順利！客房大姐也很熱情，早餐也很棒！！很美好的杭州之旅～

市中心，去哪裡玩都很便利，這幾天杭州天氣也還好，不是很熱。前台小趙很熱情，退房時知道我沒來得及去靈隱寺，特意贈送了我一個靈隱寺的十八籽！真的超級驚喜的！！！一樓的茶室很舒服，很適合打盹兒～房間衞生也很乾凈，大姐也很熱情！早餐是10點鐘結束，我是9:45到餐廳的，很多東西餘量不多了，倒是也可以理解，避免浪費了。

酒店性價比很高，地理位置也好，浙江日報對面很高找，距離高鐵站打車20分鐘，非常方便。離地鐵也很近。馬路對面有星巴克。酒店前台也有咖啡，我們辦理入住時小湯房間還給做了升級，服務態度非常友好，辦理入住非常快。房間衞生也乾淨整潔，入住期間與小湯聊天聽説我們要去靈隱寺因為時間原因沒去成，還特意贈送了小禮物和十八籽，真是哇塞了🥳🥳🥳非常感謝。早餐也很不錯品種多，這裡外賓蠻多的，早晨碰到好多人。門口的保安叔叔也很好，幫我們指路告知哪裡下車方便，非常熱情。推薦這家酒店下次還住在這裏。

酒店的服務給我留下了深刻的印象:前台小趙非常專業和熱心，我是10點來辦入住，幫我安排了搶房，沒等多久就辦理了入住。知道我要開視頻會議，幫我讓工程部調試了網絡！真的非常感謝她！！房間乾淨整潔，每個房間還有保險箱可以使用！交通也很便利！下次出差肯定會再來住！
