你配4.7?你配400多的價格？你們家酒店是哪個腦子出的裝修主意？乾濕分離你分求了，洗手枱對着隔壁床頭？咋，讓我偷聽一下別人的生活？***噁心，四面楚歌住你家，前後左右***幹啥都能聽見，咳嗽了説話了洗手洗澡上廁所，你乾脆打通整層兄弟姐妹們都住一塊哇麼，機器人也沒有，還的自己取餐，打電話給你們你們能幹啥？

I loved this hotel! The decor make it so characteristic! The people are so friendly so the language barrier didn't even matter...the translation app helped. The breakfast only has a few options although it's tasty. The location is good it's close to some of the landmarks and sightseeing areas. Will definitely stay here again.

This was definitely a unique place to stay. The staff member were nice and helpful. The location is great too, 8 minute walk to subway and near Southern Song Imperial street. Only draw back no refrigerator to keep drinks cold in the summer and the breakfast is the same everyday with not much variety. Otherwise a good place to stay.

首先位置還是很有優勢，去西湖也不遠，如果要去西湖和靈隱寺可以穿過南宋御街去坐七路，七路的終點就是靈隱寺了，旁邊步行幾百米就是河紡古街，所以出來玩還是不錯的選擇，房間裏的天貓精靈小寶貝很是喜歡。早餐還是可以的，吃個營養早餐還是蠻不錯的。酒店的小哥哥小姐姐還是非常熱情的。總之心情跟暢快，走時還送了小禮品，很貼心。總之酒店很有藝術氣息。

因為選擇照片，寫的評論都沒了。用心點評打了這麼多字，全沒了。嗚嗚～
酒店工作人員很好，問啥都會熱情回覆。外出回來都會打招呼。
酒店位置不錯，就在南宋御街旁邊，門口有公交站，坐3站地就到西湖一公園。一公園和二公園距離很近，相隔十多米的樣子。
酒店距離1號線地鐵站走路要15分鐘左右。
早餐有甜豆漿，南瓜白米粥，麪包片，多士爐，安佳黃油，油條，生煎包，玉米，紅薯，茶雞蛋，水煮蛋，糯米燒麥。鹹菜。香蕉好像沒有落下的了。可惜沒有青菜。
小寶寶撒地上的洗水果的食鹽，第二天外出回來兩張單人床上全是了，不知道打掃衞生不掃床單，衹鋪被子是嗎？
臨近退房，小寶寶洗手不小心腳丫掃到了水盆枱麪邊上的漱口杯，摔碎了。退房的時候主動告知了前台，要求賠償了20元。訂單是先入住後付款，離店轉天付款的。如果……衹是 當時 感覺 出門在外 心裏不温暖。想到宜家，如果摔壞東西，工作人員先會問受傷沒有，主動要求賠償，工作人員會拒絕賠償。這種温暖尤其是在外地尤為重要。
房間佈置的有風格，拍照片很好看。雖然卧室空間不大，但尚在有智能家居，和兩把椅子和一個小圓桌，吃個飯寫寫字的很方便。
淋雨間在陽台，晚上洗澡，拉上窗簾，不知道對面透過燈光會不會有影子看到。
花灑水流很足，仰面沖水的時候要小心不要嗆到。
個人覺得漱口杯的位置還是要換一下，畢竟那個位置不是很寬敞，杯子個頭不小，還在枱麪的邊緣。可以把水杯換到房間高櫃子上面，漱口杯放到水杯的位置。
其實出門在外，住的舒心，過得開心最好。刷到點評的朋友祝大家都玩的愉快開心呀！對了，推薦大家吃飯去附近的“新週記”點推薦菜，北方朋友也很友好的。味道很棒！還要感謝入住第一天前台推薦給我的！
樓道的牆壁和地毯做背景拍照片很好看的！
有小寶寶的記得帶一條輕薄的毯子，這個時候晚上睡覺開空調冷，不開空調又熱。不太喜歡這裏的枕頭，不舒服。

Cute hotel right next to Hefang street. Vibes were there and it was giving 60’s Beatles vibes. If you’re an English speaker invest in a translation app and maybe some basic mandarin. Unfortunately, the morning front desk person didn’t know English but luckily I was with a mandarin speaking friend who could explain that my visa wasn’t expired and that what she saw was just a port of entry stamp. Super clean, very cute, and be prepared to fill out paperwork that just reiterates your visa info. Be sure to check out hefang street, west lake, Leifang pagoda and Lingyin temple if you have the chance!
