位置 西湖五公園步行10分鐘，地鐵步行3分鐘，門口7路靈隱寺，植物園。西湖外環線可以去西湖的遠一點的地方。去哪兒都很方便。地鐵1號線可以倒到2-9號線
吃 樓下游埠豆漿我們吃了三次，推薦肉帶餅＋油條；豆漿很濃，素包好吃偏貴。蹺腳牛肉有團購，附近走路兩三分鐘有新豐小吃，一樓是外賣，二樓堂食。地鐵站A口一樓芥藏牛肉餅，西湖方向走路三分鐘有知味觀，附近一堆的飯店美食街。
住 家庭房，酒店客房床鋪很舒服，潔白乾凈，空調等設備正常運轉。衞生間熱水很熱，水壓很足。我們是老中青三代，孩子大了，酒店還給多提供了一床被子。每天也有礦泉水，茶包，掛耳提供。
酒店前台以及服務人員都很温柔，回覆也及時。

距離武林路，銀泰差不多二十分鐘。衞生也可以，服務中規中矩有問題會及時解決，但是，酒店沒有窗户，是真的沒有窗户。和外界唯一的通風口就是圖一的那個窟窿。所謂的靠走廊的窗户就是幾間房共用一個小房子。小房子裏面有燈光和假花。很憋很悶。半夜憋醒了，嗓子奇癢無比，下次打死都不住了

訂的房間裏面是假窗，很悶，房間裏一股子煙味，衞生間裏夾雜着尿騷味。空調也是壞的也循環不了，跟前台説想換房間，説全部訂完了，沒有房間了，沒辦法衹能熬一下了，這一個晚上悶死我了到後半夜兩點才睡了一會兒，衞生也很差，孩子腿上臉上像被蟲子咬了，有幾個紅點點，我猜想是蟎蟲，昨天還沒有的，孩子説癢，被子床肯定有問題，而且我訂的價格也不便宜也要600了，照這個價格外面肯定能找個比這個好的酒店，後悔死了，所以大家要慎重訂這家酒店。

衞生很乾凈，地理位置很好，主要是停車免費。性價比很高。有件衣服落酒店了，後面前台人員聯繫我才想起來，為工作人員點贊，下次還會來住！

酒店房間很乾凈衞生整潔，前台小姐姐服務細心周到，微笑服務，酒店去西湖銀泰步行街幾分鐘就到，酒店附近有地鐵1號線，去杭州東站，機場也很方便，周邊吃飯的地方也很多，非常滿意

位置較好交通方便，可以慢慢悠悠步行到西湖。家庭房在7樓，房間設施不錯。就是燈光有一點點暗，再亮點就好了。
