Camere ampie e piene di modernità e comfort (alcune dispongono di una scrivania, un divano, una cabina armadio, doccia e vasca). La colazione è molto varia e gustosa. Non ho potuto usare la palestra a causa di alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione. Anche la vista sul fiume merita di essere vista. È un ottimo posto sia per lavoro che per piacere.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il nostro soggiorno all'Amber House! Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e la maggior parte di loro parlava un po' di inglese. Anna, alla reception, è stata particolarmente disponibile e gentile. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita e moderna. Nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera più economica, avevamo una vista incantevole sul lago. La colazione è molto varia. Torneremo sicuramente. Adoriamo TheAmberHouse. Anna alla reception è stata molto gentile. La receptionist parla un po' di inglese. La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e moderna. Avevamo una vista sul lago. La colazione era deliziosa. Il prezzo è moderato.

Staff didn’t speak English. Welcome amenity - fruits didn’t delivered to my room, but was been included in my package. No one reply on my emails. Housekeeping ring the bell and knock the door even the room is under do not disturb light. Breakfast is ok, many choices but cheese and meat plate is so small, especially how they cut cheese. Juice is so cheap, so many sugar inside.

We are very satisfied in this hotel. The staffs are helpful and active in ushering the visitors. We love the location, peaceful and has a fresh ambiance. The food is delicious. They serve real meat especially the steak. We would love to stay here again.

The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped us to upgrade our room and were amazing. Doris at the front desk was so accommodating and spoke fantastic English. We felt so welcome at Amber House.
