La ragazza alla reception, Yanan, serve in modo super carino, molto caldo e premuroso, e anche la varietà della colazione è molto buona, ci sono noodles e wonton appena cucinati, dessert e frutta saltati in padella, che sono deliziosi, la camera è pulito e le strutture sono relativamente complete. Ci sono anche tende intelligenti e Xiaodu. L'hotel è molto intelligente. La prossima volta che verrai ad Hangzhou, questo Kaiyuan è la mia prima scelta. Sia il servizio che il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni sono molto alti.

The hotel is a good value for money. The standard double room is just big enough, while the entrance hall is already the bathroom with separate toilet and shower adjacent to it. I stayed 5 nights and the bed linen was not changed. However, I don't mind. I wouldn't do this at home as well during 5 nights. The appearance of the floor levels was much better than the appearance of the lobby which could use an update. The breakfast room was basic but the offer itself was good. In the mornings you have to be patient when waiting for the lift. It may take up to 10 minutes before it arrives. Location is just next to the Star Avenue Shopping Center. The river is in walking distance (5 minutes).

The gym room is nice and big. Dumbell size are decent. But the machine is a bit too old

The hotel staff was very friendly! My daughter was given a toy, she was delighted! The room is spacious, the breakfasts are delicious. There is a pedestrian street and a Wumart supermarket near the hotel.

Clean and nicely decorated. Smart room, so lights and curtains can be voice controlled. Toilet seat has electric seat warmer which is great for winter. Complimentary plate of fruits was placed on the table, and a cake and donut in my fridge.

The hotel is big, rooms are clean, stuff doesn’t speak English. The breakfast was mainly Chinese but with a lot of choice.

Good Location!! There are many restaurant and supermarket near by.

Had a short stay it was good right beside a walking mall and food metro is but little far about 10mins-15min walking . Breakfast was enough good.

The hotel's location is excellent, although it's slightly distant from the local attractions. However, the convenience of being just a 5-minute walk from the metro station makes it ideal for exploring other places. Additionally, I received excellent support from Jack, the hotel manager, throughout my stay.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Recommend others visiting HZ to stay here
