It would be hard and unfair to try looking for faults here; it's a beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms, excellent facilities, great breakfast, friendly service.

I stay here for one night on a recent business trip I would definitely stay again although they really need to fix the ceiling in the breakfast area as it makes too much noise when you move a chair

The hotel concierge was so helpful and checking was smooth and easy. I was easy upgraded to the River view which I wanted and I liked the view. What was not clear from the start was which dining room I was supposed to use for breakfast. On the most important note, I would like to Thank Chria who was working on the concierge on Saturday the 13th of April 2024. I needed help with getting a train ticket to Yiwu and he did everything for me from booking the car to Hangzhou East train station to Yiwu , got me the best available ticket to Yiwu. And when I was about to return, on short notice I contacted him to book a ticket for me, he did book for 18:06 but I was stuck in traffic in Yiwu , then asked him to cancel and purchase the 18:24 one..he did all these admin and even checked if I got to the hotel well. Until my departure, Chria was still checking if I needed any help, well done and thank you so much once again, Chria. Why I mentioned him specifically is on the day I was checking out, I asked another guy at the concierge to help me getting a train ticket to Shanghai, but he just told me to get a taxi to the train station and use my passport to purchase a ticket when I get there, that’s when I figured probably Chria was actually working beyond his job description and that was just excellent.
