This is a good hotel for the money. The staff at the reception are pleasant and friendly people. As for the amenities - if you don't manage to go down to get your delivery right after it arrives, a robot will bring it right to your door in a matter of minutes. I can recommend this hotel.

The location was very far from the airport and railway station road. It cost me 3000 every time for a taxi. Reception people don't understand English. Not recommended for a business visit stay.

Thank you very much to the administration and the hotel staff. My earrings fell into the sink drain and I was immediately helped, it was a very fast job. I was very happy because I quickly solved my problem

這家店不錯，一進門就感覺好運要跟着我了，前台服務很好，房間也挺大的，床墊軟硬適中，被子蓋的也舒服，落地窗，房間裏還有意外之喜，贈送了一個小掛件，用紅包裝着，心情都好了一大截😁😁😁

家庭親子出遊，邊上就是河，晚上散步不錯，前台服務滿意，送了爆米花和可樂，比較驚喜，房大裝修雖然比較舊，但乾淨衞生，下次來杭州還會選擇！

這是一家大酒店，有130多間房的那種，不是小酒店，環境很不錯，特別是08小紅服務態度很不錯，辦理入住也很快，等待的時間比較短，房間設備很齊全，性價比很高，住的特別滿意，早餐是自助早餐，還不錯。值得推薦。
