I servizi in camera vanno bene per questo prezzo. L'unico inconveniente è che dopo aver dormito nella stanza per una notte, ho avuto molti colpi su tutto il corpo, comprese le mani, i piedi, la schiena e la testa. Non so se è a causa delle zanzare o dell'umidità. Ora ho così tanto prurito che non riesco a dormire nel cuore della notte, il prurito è insopportabile, si consiglia alle persone con la pelle sensibile di scegliere con attenzione.

I recently stayed at the Yucheng Hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The hotel is located on a narrow, dark, and dirty road, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone. Upon entering the lobby, I found it messy and unpleasantly smelly, and the hallways felt old, dingy, and a bit scary.
I had booked a deluxe queen room, but was given a tiny room of about 10 square meters instead. While the bed was acceptable, the overall room did not match what I had paid for. When I raised my concerns at the front desk, I was informed that they were aware of the mistake but were fully booked, leaving me with no options.
Parking is limited to the street side and is free only from 8 PM to 8 AM, which can be inconvenient. I was relieved that my stay was only for one night, and I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. I would not recommend it to others.

臨時要在杭州待一天在網上選的酒店，沒有報太大的期待準備將就一晚，入住完全超乎意料的棒，客房比較乾淨整潔，酒店基本是在杭州市區中心位置了，到西湖走路過去或者幾分鐘去地鐵站都很方便，附近也有有商場可以逛，這個價格性價比超級高，為我在杭州住宿有了一個非常合適的選擇。

這次入住真的讓我驚喜連連！從踏入酒店的時候，就感受到工作人員的熱情周到，前台小姐姐笑容甜美，快速辦完入住。
房間比想象中還要敞亮，投影儀很不錯，我本身有帶散光，還是看的很清楚的；床品很柔軟，讓人一躺下就不想起來！浴室乾濕分離設計很人性化，阿姨打掃的很乾凈！
酒店位置完美：步行幾分鐘直達地鐵站，去西湖10來分鐘就可以到，退房也辦理的很快，商務出行還是去西湖都是很棒的選擇，期待下次再見！
