服务：This is the second time to stay in this hotel, and the experience is even better than the first time. Jeff, the front desk service staff, not only helped me carry my luggage to the room, but also took the initiative to introduce the hotel's various service facilities and various food in the breakfast restaurant. It is verywarm, and indeed it is the famous capital of New Century, which is worthy of trust.

No staff assisted with luggage on check in and check out. Intermittent loud noise coming from the aircon vent. Staff was not very friendly. Got a strange vibe in the hotel. Would not recommend this hotel.

A brand new hotel that locate next to a subway station and a shopping mall. The managers and the people in the front desk are very friendly and helpful.. The breakfast is very good and has a lot of variety to choose from.

太喜歡窗外就是江景了，早餐也很豐富，房間很乾凈很智能，隔壁就是商場，一樓有個全球購和盒馬，帶不全的寶子不用擔心，吃飯特別方便，商場四樓有杭州本地菜品，地鐵6號線直達酒店附近，前台小王真的超級棒，給我推薦了出遊路線，還有小朋友玩的地方，強烈推薦👍

入住體驗很好，酒店的裝修風格獨具特色。健身房器材新且全，泳池水質清澈。餐廳的早餐，美食色香味俱全，前台服務員妮妮更是沒得説，幫了很多忙，有升級房間，住在這裏太舒心啦！

酒店工作人員都非常熱情，特別是前台妮妮 很熱情，給幫忙安排高樓層房間，已經入住很多次啦 酒店位於開元廣場旁邊 吃住行都很方便，入住特別滿意 酒店早餐也很不錯，一線江景房間風景也很好看，推薦推薦

年假帶家人旅遊來了紹興，先到酒店辦理了入住，年假期間人真的很多，春節氛圍足，酒店安排的高樓層視野很好，紹興夜景很美，小朋友很喜歡酒店的春節活動，退房的時候前台的小蘭還送了我們，紹興的遊船票，小姑娘很好。

首先到房間，有個用過的紙巾在地上，可能打掃得時候不夠細心，跟前台反饋後，做了換房間的處理，到達新的房間後整體還行，但是房間內紙巾補充不足，並且洗手枱的紙巾盒內裝的是與盒子不匹配的大紙巾，抽都抽不出來，不知道是客房打掃的時候不高興更換還是啥，反正整體一般吧！

酒店位置很好，毗鄰錢塘江，窗外江景美麗、不遠處就是之江大橋，前台接待Coco服務熱情，房間雖然面積不大，但乾淨整潔，功能齊備；不足之處是在酒店客流高峯時段，電梯運力不足，至少要等10來分鐘才能乘坐電梯或者選擇先上高層後再向下坐的迂迴策略，建議把四部電梯分區匹配，會大大提高運送效率。

酒店服務很出色，值得高度讚揚。接待過程中態度熱情友好，總是面帶微笑，讓人感到賓至如歸。服務專業且細緻，無論是入住手續的辦理還是日常需求的滿足，都處理得井井有條，及時高效。特別值得一提的是，她對待我的問題耐心解答，總能迅速響應並提供滿意的解決方案。細節之處體現了高水準的服務質量。總之，這次入住體驗非常愉快，感謝妮妮的辛勤付出和優質服務，強烈推薦給其他旅客！
