VViviLeonDisappointing Experience at Twinkle Hotel, Hangzhou
My stay at Twinkle Hotel in Hangzhou left me with mixed feelings. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. However, several aspects of my experience were quite disappointing, enough that I regret my decision to stay there.
Upon arrival, I found the front desk staff to be somewhat indifferent. While they efficiently checked me in, their lack of warmth and smiles made them appear disinterested in guests' experience.
One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was its advertised pool. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel doesn't have a pool of its own. Instead, guests are directed to a nearby pool club, which, to its credit, was nice. However, the hotel misrepresents the pool service; they only provide a one-time ticket for the entire stay. If you wish to use the pool again on another day, you must pay an additional 128 RMB. This crucial information was not disclosed during booking, which I consider to be deceptive advertising.
Another disappointment was regarding a promised free gift of digital version pictures, as stated in the booking. When I inquired about this at the front desk, they claimed to have no knowledge of such an offer. This inconsistency added to my frustration and left me questioning whether the fault lies with the booking app or the hotel itself.

UUtente ospiteHotel is ideally situated for city skyline views, quite amazing! Local walkways, bicycle paths, and gardens along the river are just a couple minutes away, walking! Hotel staff are courteous and very helpful, choices for meals are delicious! Highly recommended for personal and business stay, travels! Thank you, Lorenzo Zhang, a wonderful hotel!!

Cchew55We truly enjoyed our stay, top facilities, excellent and professional service staff especially Shawn, Lance and a female receptionist who helped me with Tao Bao purchase. They are so patient, friendly and helpful, 5 star indeed. Rooms are spacious, very clean, modern and new. Excellent breakfast buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again. The kids were entertained by the conceirge robot.

UUtente ospiteThe rooms, service, and breakfasts are excellent! The park is fascinating! The room is spacious, very comfortable, with a great bathtub and shower, large windows, and nice furniture. Everything is fantastic.
The only major downside is the mess around the pool. The dividing floats are covered in green algae, and there’s clutter around the pool, with furniture and other items giving off a sense of neglect and uncleanliness. Please get the pool and changing area into perfect order—it would earn a 5+ rating.

AAntares AMWe are very satisfied in this hotel. The staffs are helpful and active in ushering the visitors. We love the location, peaceful and has a fresh ambiance. The food is delicious. They serve real meat especially the steak. We would love to stay here again.

UUtente ospite**La posizione del pacchetto è abbastanza buona. Uscire è il Viale delle Stelle. Eravamo sistemati al 38° piano e anche la stanza era decorata per l'anniversario. Nel complesso sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Il ristorante spagnolo dell'hotel è fantastico e deve essere consigliato! Il riso al forno con manzo, il riso ai frutti di mare e gli anelli di calamari sono deliziosi, il massimo dei voti! Anche la colazione era ottima, cibo in abbondanza. Nel complesso è buono, soprattutto la piscina panoramica, ottima per scattare foto. Puoi fare colazione al 40° piano con una vista fantastica. La piscina a sfioro delle celebrità di Internet e l'area relax sul tetto presentano film di varie celebrità di Internet. Hotel sorprendente, consigliato!

CCorazon9786Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno al Sheraton a Binjiang. Ci aspettavamo già che le strutture fossero grandi e non ci disappuntiamo. Amiamo gli eleganti interni e le spaziose e pulite. È anche convenientemente situato. Abbiamo fatto un bel passo lungo il fiume, anche se c’era una doccia di luce al mattino, e abbiamo potuto vedere un po’ di luce di notte dalla nostra camera da letto.
Abbiamo goduto il buffet per colazione e cena. Il personale del ristorante era molto attento e si è assicurato di avere tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Sheraton offre un ottimo servizio clienti. Tutti erano così benvenuti e amichevoli. Mandy ha risposto con pazienza a tutte le mie domande sui pacchetti dell'hotel e ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare una stanza con vista sul fiume Qiantang.
In generale, era un soggiorno rilassante. Abbiamo pianificato di rimanere qui la prossima volta.

LLilyGoI had a high expectation of the hotel but it wasn’t that good. The hotel service was terrible and I won’t go there anymore. Nobody speaks English and front desk staff is not helpful at all. Also breakfast was not good, they had some Chinese style breakfast and not the western style. Overall very disappointed.
