Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per quattro notti. La struttura necessita di manutenzione, le camere hanno un arredamento degli anni 60, la mia (n.10) era male arredata e senza luce. Ristoranti di livello mediocre, piscine trascurate, staccionate rotte,aree comuni non curate. Il personale fa il massimo per i clienti e questa è l'unica nota positiva. Non è assolutamente un hotel di lusso, lo sconsiglio per un soggiorno sull'isola. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Fui a Nayara Hangaroa a celebrar mi cumpleaños y fue la mejor celebración de mi vida. Decora del restaurante muy preocupada me tenía un pastel al desayuno, junto a los demás chicos del hotel me cantaron el cumpleaños feliz en 4 idiomas!! Sebastián el chef , maravilloso , simpático y atento en toda hora a mis problemas de alergias, una cocina maravillosa!!! Gracias Nayara Hangaroa por estos días tan maravillosos !!!

Breakfast buffet is superb , fast WiFi 24/7 , and the service is impeccable . Staff is friendly and they speak excellent English and Spanish. The resort is centrally located so I was able to walk ( 10 mins ) to fresh super markets for 5 liter Bottle water + fresh fruits & vegetables.

Amazing grounds, hospitality, mini bar included, and beautiful views. It’s all been said in reviews, I just want other future guests to know more about the full board than I did when we paid for it. You get an experience concierge to help plan tours that are included…..but if you are limited on time (only staying a few nights) or if your plane is late (and man is that common!) we had a one and half delay going there so don’t count on catching. The 3pm tour the day of arrival. Flights are LATAM only and not the hotels fault at all, but do affect the full board experience. Don’t expect getting your two tours a day. They helped us with massage credit, and the massages are SO worth it. With the full board again it’s confusing with suggested tips. I wish they would clarify if the tips are included for the staff when you dine? We tipped in cash for every service and they waiters/waitresses definitely deserve their 10% and more. At checkout we were not billed any tips, but like in chile its a suggested amount. For future guests or on the tour guidebook you should add which days the tours are offered and when, I can’t imagine going to Easter island and not seeing the quarry. We got lucky it was on the day we were touring but didn’t see it on the board the next day. And we would have had to pay out of pocket for another tour even though we prepaid everything. Just work on planning or emailing the hotel ahead of time to work on excursions before setting the dates to be here for your trip.

Great location - close to airport, meters from sea, quiet location. Room size ample - plenty of space and good storage. Decent bathrooms. But not clean, had to ask for rooms to be cleaned on check in. Floors also made of odd material that leaches into feet. Restaurants - good selection at breakfast - dinner quite limited and pricey. Pool looks great but a bit worn and needs a clean. Spa lovely, numerous options. Staff - friendly and responsive on site but took days to respond to enquiries in advance, and only responded to my enquiry about picking us up from the airport after we had checked out!

Nayara Hangaroa Resort and spa was an experience not to miss. Natalia was such a great masseuse! I would not miss the spa experience. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The people were kind and welcoming. Each meal we had there did not disappoint from the presentation to the taste. We have no complaints from our time there.

Apart from the Italian coffee, the location and pool, this place is very solid but not a persuasive 5 star experience. A bit understaffed, everything is nice but there is nothing remarkable. I could only visit on specific dates, but I would recommend looking through booking dot com or some other places for better prices than the website- it is not worth the over 500 dollars a night rate. For those allergic to dogs, be aware that there are many on the Island, and many of them run around the hotel grounds, the pool and outside restaurant seating (maybe not only the hotel's fault, since some tourists feed and encourage them). The rooms are nice but show some wear (rickety lamps), and the place is clean but not spotlessly so (glass of sliding doors). The grounds are lovely and landscaped, at night a bit dark and the bumpy walkways could pose a walking challenge (I used my cellphone on occasion). One doesn't go to Easter Island for hotels or restaurants or to enjoy bargain prices - so it is important to have realistic expectations...

We have never been so sad to leave a place as we were to leave Rapa Nui, and specifically the wonderful people at Nayara. The excursions were beyond compare, the history and culture here are so unique and incredible. The staff at Nayara truly made this the most special week we’ve ever experienced as a family. Thank you to all (most especially Tau Mana, Paulo, Isabel, Vaika, Diego and Wally)! We will never forget you! Iorana y Maururu
