My stay at Congtai grand hotel was superb, the location is easily accessible to shopping malls , restaurants and transport. The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative despite having so many formalities due to the covid pandemic, the staff guide me to the nucleic acid test collection centre and collected the PCR result. Even arranged a taxi to the train station before checkout. I would definitely recommend it, guys whenever you’re in Handan , don’t miss out.

酒店很新，周邊環境不錯，緊臨美樂城商超和博物館，非常方便，出行便利，人民路直接東行很快就能上高速路。房間設施完善，衞生乾淨，自助早餐種類豐富，服務人員的態度也都很好，入駐時前台小姐姐給升級了豪華雙房間，面積夠大，孩子在地毯上撒歡着跑，比在其他歡朋住的愉快舒適。值得再次續住。

The hotel is conveniently located to our relatives. It’s extremely clean and well equipped with the technology! I enjoy to open the curtains with a finger point touch. The services are great everyone is super friendly! The breakfast is fantastic with many different dishes and all are delicious! We really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time!

第一次到邯鄲，雖然衹停留一天，平時很少住商務酒店，多選高星級酒店入住，這次卻偏得，住到性價比很高的地方。 設施：很新，很個性，也很實惠、實用和方便。每個房間即便是普通標準間，也都有小廚房以及小會客區，空間功能佈局合理像小型公寓，你想要的，酒店都備好了，無論短住或長住都會非常方便。 衞生：基本達到標準，能把細節做到極致會更加完美。 環境：位置緊鄰主幹道，視野好卻不嘈雜，距離最大商業城萬樂城，車程 15 分鐘，是邯鄲人氣最旺的商業綜合體。酒店內部環境通道寬敞，主色調是原木色，很清新和愜意，如果能把前台的是旋轉樓梯換個顏色會更好。重點説一下，餐廳門口的大魚缸超棒，裏面的魚🐟太肥美啦，非常吉祥，，人人路過，不分男女老少，都會駐足欣賞🌹 服務：從前台到餐廳以及客房服務，每一位我見到一線服務員都很熱情。重點感謝餐廳和前台一下。前台服務：當天晚上 7 點半左右 入住時，前台 2 位值班人員為我詳細介紹地方小吃，第二天早上退房時，前天的小哥哥超陽光，而且頭腦靈活，貼心為顧客贈送酒店禮品。 餐廳：早餐時，有位漂亮服務員，上衣是白色衣服的，很細心，發現我帶着腰脱，主動幫我拿用餐盤子，還特意幫我倒熱水，很温暖。 總之，還會再來，性價比很高的地方，值得入住。
