The first floor features a spacious living room with two three-seat sofas, a whale shaped coffee table, tv, storage, coat closet, and it opens to the dining room and kitchen in an open concept configuration; a big bathroom with stand up shower and laundry complete the first floor. The dining room has direct access to the porch where you will find a gas grill, a two seat deck bar during the warmer months. Behind the deck an outdoor hose is provided to rinse off sand.The second floor has three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, a reading chair, dresser, space for pack and play (also provided) and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have bunk beds with full bottom and twin top beds, dressers and closets in each bedroom. The second full bathroom is on the second floor, and it also has more closet space. Bike rentals are only 10 minute walk from the house on Ashworth ave. Bike or drive on Ocean Blvd to Rye, Odiorne state park with its trails and ocean vistas.
