Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot and fresh but not a lot of healthy options like plain yogurt / granola or fresh fruit.

Easy to get to, clean, and friendly staff. We were disappointed, after a long day of travel, that the pool was closed for cleaning. Also, breakfast isn’t served till 7 on the weekends, which meant we missed out on that too (early start to continue our trip). We would stay again, but only if we planned a later start.

Honestly clean spot! Great views! Perfect spot to rest while traveling along 81...

Holiday Inn express酒店一直都挺好的，無論衞生、環境、服務、設施都必須點贊。但這家酒店應該沒有重新裝修，感覺風格不一樣。

해리스버그에서 머물렀던 하루입니다. 화장실에서 살짝 락스냄새가 나는거같았지만 제 착각이였네요 감사합니다~%^^

I had a great stay here in the 5th floor suite. The room was spacious & clean with no signs of bedbugs. The beds were comfortable & the room was well stocked. There's a fitness center & a small indoor pool. The breakfast was great & Lori, the attendant made sure the food was hot & fresh! It was a great value for the price! I would definitely stay again!

Everything was great except the first night our air conditioning was broken. The staff immediately got us a new room and after that all was well

It was very close to our son’s house and was reasonably priced. The hotel was clean and staff was polite and professional.

Well…it looked as if someone picked their nose and wiped it on the wall in the bathroom. Dirty, muddy handprints on the wall in the main room. The pool area was gross (pool did not appear clean, poor lighting, etc.). We had switched our stay after a night at the Holiday Inn Express on Carlisle pike, which was even worse. We couldn’t stomach having breakfast there. The experience has turned us off from this chain. Not sure we could do it again.

Room was next to the elevator and it was loud. Walls are too thin. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep all weekend.

By far the worst experience that I have ever had at a hotel. The customer support that I received at the front desk was absolutely disturbing. I would never recommend this to anyone.

The only complaint we had was the elevators were aged and made us uncomfortable to ride in. We are an older couple who are disabled so taking the stairs was not an option and this hotel had no rooms on the ground level. Other than that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was perfect and the food was better than most.

Very nice facility, nice rooms. My only complaint was the climate control in the room didn't work. Couldn't adjust it and it was very warm in the room. Too Warm!!!

The staff was friendly. Checking in was quick and easy. The free breakfast was great...a lot of different options.
