Hotel in zona Skatepark Süd, Hamm

Die Klima Anlage ist zu laut ansonsten gut .Preislich oke aber ein bisschen zu dreckig die Kissen sind FLUFFY.Die Toilette ist für Rentner ausgezeichnet. Der Ausblick ist ganz gut und mein Opa mochte das Frühstück auch sehr .

Stayed here for 5 weeks May/June 2021 during a business trip. Everything except grocery stores were corona closed. The trip would have been absolutely miserable had it not been for this hotel and the staff. Their restaurant was open for guests and had amazing food. We felt like we had a personal 5 star chef every night. Not only was the food great but the staff as well. Most spoke good English with a few speaking perfect English. Of special note were the maitre d, I don't remember his name, and a waiter named Marie. Both provided great service but also great conversation, and recommendations/guidance during our stay. The chef asked us what we'd like to see on the menu and added our suggestions each week. Front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. Room was large by American standards and had AC - slept great every night. Don't need to say more. Location is great. If shops and restaurants are open there is a plethora of both right out the door. Many walking/running trails also right out the front door.

Molto bello hotel, splendide camere, grande, spazioso ed elegante, con terrazza. Molto pulito. Parcheggio gratuito. Posizione dell'hotel non lontano dal centro della città. Il personale alla reception è stato davvero utile e professionale. Tutto è stato grande! L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era: nessun frigo nella stanza e un piccolo bagno.

Just back from a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great location close to the train station, the city centre and the U-Bahn station so very easy to get to & from. Despite the busy location, our room was very quiet. Even with both windows open at night, we barely heard any noise. The room was nice & cozy, clean with plenty of storage. It appears that someone had run off with the TV remote but the staff immediately fixed the issue and brought us a new one. And speaking of the staff, every single person working there was nothing but friendly & helpful. From the lady at reception who upon learning that we were going to the medieval market, immediately got us a map of the city & explained how to get there & where the other markets (and the largest Christmas tree) were. Even the breakfast staff on Sunday found us a spot to sit & were very approachable even though they were clearly rushed off their feet during the breakfast rush. We were very well looked after. Breakfast was great every day. After 2 nights of markets & gigs, we slept in on Sunday so arrived during peak time for breakfast but the other 3 mornings, it was a lot calmer/quieter. The hotel is embracing the city's cultural heritage beautifully. It inspired us to seek some of the city's former steelworks. Overall highly recommend the hotel & its staff.

DINE + BOOK: La barra del tetto BASEOLOGIA è abbastanza fredda per ottenere una bevanda pre-bava, soprattutto intorno al sole. SALA: Siamo rimasti nella camera 570, quindi questa recensione si basa su questo; TAME: abbastanza spazioso per 2 adulti e bagagli semplici; VISIONE: Bella vista laterale della cattedrale principale, e la ruota Ferris istituita per Natale; AIR-CON: È stato perfettamente funzionante, che ha aiutato a regolare la temperatura perfetta della stanza; LETTO: Letto confortevole che ha giocato la parte prevista di mettere a letto; BATCH: Doccia in posizione; TOLETRI: ottimi bagni per bagni. IMPRESE: Una palestra molto decente con una buona gamma di pesi e macchine Cardio suddivise in due livelli. SERVIZIO: Personale amichevole che si occupava di tutte le nostre esigenze con un sorriso e ci faceva sentire a casa e curarci bene. Come si può essere: Wi-Fi gratuito che funziona bene in tutto il luogo, e la velocità è buona! Big Smart TV che disegna una vasta gamma di canali che spiaggiano sport, notizie, musica, film e intrattenimento principalmente in tedesco e molto poche opzioni in inglese (soprattutto News e musica!
