Hotel in zona सुभाष जनरल स्टोर, Hamirpur

This is not a five star hotel in the normally accepted sense but warrants a 5 star trip advisor rating from me. Why? Because this place is unique and wonderful. All the rooms are full of heritage furniture and exude a lived in atmosphere and the history of the owners. The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean ( a few of the soft furnishings had seen better days but really its part of the overall experience) and our suite had a very new and modern shower room with plenty of hot water. There is a great bar, and as it was chilly after sunset the staff were happy the light the open fire. Again a place filled with history. The restaurant serves a fairly limited menu of local cuisine but what we ate could not be faulted. Chicken and mutton curries were delicious. Breakfast is also good with eggs cooked to your preference, a variety of other hot dishes, fruit, cereals, toast served in a proper toast rack and great marmalade. If you have time and don’t want to go far there are so many cosy corners to settle down in with a good book, and the views from the roof are fantastic. Staff are all friendly, helpful and welcoming. I know The Judges Court won’t suit everyone but I would happily have stayed longer. I know it won’t be to

The staff and owner here is very unprofessional .We operated a 20 rooms group here in which they charged more for one night and And after that they offered the same room to others and make money. After that, when I sought help from the police, the police there were also in collusion with them and they were pressurizing me.Please request all of you to think carefully and do business with this hotel.We also came to know that he is a distributor of Havells company so he has no knowledge of hospitality industry.owener contact no 094180 23116 call them for refund our money........
