La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente per il trasporto e le strutture di servizio circostanti (grandi supermercati, ecc.) sono anche molto convenientemente accessibili. Il concetto di servizio dell'hotel è in posizione, la salubrità della stanza è pulita, la cucina della stanza è completa e l'hotel dispone di un grande parcheggio gratuito all'interno. E'ancora molto amichevole per i viaggiatori auto.Si consiglia di soggiornare. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente e i servizi circostanti (grandi supermercati, ecc. ) sono anche facilmente accessibili. Il concetto di servizio dell'hotel è in uso, la camera è pulita e pulita, le strutture cucina sono più complete e l'hotel dispone di un grande parcheggio gratuito, molto amichevole per i viaggiatori auto.

JOKE OF A PLACE We were greeted by 1 very nice polite women and another women whom didn’t even acknowledge us being there. No hello no welcome just WHAT ROOM YOU LOOKING FOR! Yolanda is your name and your a pathetic women in the wrong bloody business! Customer service? What a joke Yolanda. calling the police. just to have 10 police officers wasting there time to come down and see nothing wrong with anything we were doing. Why weren’t we arrested? Why were we able to stay? Why did we get our bond back? Why does another man (stranger) complain about service and get police called on him? And everyone let go? Because Yolanda, your own service is pathetic and I’m guessing you are one of the managers or owners! How sad. Consider a new job because customer service is not where humans like you should be! Oh and don’t forget Yolanda you called us racist! For what? Who even says that!? Not one time did we mention any body’s race. Not one time! What a joke. We got to see You And your staff play that card too many times on too many different people and it was only one night, imagine how many other times you racially play the victim. Literally like begging to be realeased from prison. PATHETIC

This is a very nice Ibis hotel. It is in the cbd adjacent to the river. It's sister hotel Novotel is next door. We only stayed one night, were upgraded to a river view room on the 7th floor. I liked the recent refurbishments which reflected the maori (indigenous) heritage of the area and there were lots of nice touches in the decor. We slept well on comfy and firm beds. Our accor gold status was recognised at checkin. We arrived in in the evening and parked on the street which was free after 6pm. Noted other reviewers comments on the valet parking charges which we didn't require. The first two hours are free during the day. See parking meter photo for details. We enjoyed a fabulous meal in the Ibis restaurant, using our Accorplus discount. The food was excellently prepared and well above the standard expected at Ibis properties. The breakfast was included in our rate and very nice. I would stay again if visiting Hamilton. NZ is not a cheap place to visit now post covid so I thought this property represented reasonable value for the room rate.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, tidy, and really well presented. The bathroom was really big, and the shower was awesome. We were a bit worried about traffic noise as it's on a busy road and next to a BP station, but once the windows were closed, it was so quiet. You honestly couldn't hear anything. You do have to go to another motel to book inn, which isn't a problem, but it should be mentioned when you make your booking. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the novotel for 3 night while I had surgery. The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are great with everything you would need. We didn't get milk but saw them on a service cart so might have been missed. The rooms were quiet but wouldn't say sound proof. The only issue was parking. We paid 32 for valet parking and it's was fine first night as it was kept in the basement but then it got busy and they took it elsewhere. Hubby was trying to come see me after surgery and he waited 40 mins outside for the vehicle. He isn't someone who likes to go back and follow up he hates confrontation and he waited till 30 mins then went and asked. Staff were friendly and there was always someone on the desk. Room service was good and hubby had dinner but was quiet expensive. I wouldn't stay again if I needed parking. But if I didn't I'd stay there so close to town and hospital

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti - avevamo la stanza 217 - e abbiamo avuto un bellissimo sorriso e benvenuto quando ci siamo reclutati.La nostra stanza era pulita senza spot, avevano letti molto confortevoli, perfetta! La colazione è stata inclusa nella nostra prenotazione, molte scelte di cereali, frutta, ecc e si può ordinare anche altri oggetti. Se cerchi di cena o pranzo, provare il casco lungo la strada come suggerito, buon cibo e servizio - possiamo consigliarlo. PeriPeri polli :-) Prenoterebbe felicemente di rimanere qui di nuovo.
