Hamilton: hotel a 2 stelle

State per una notte sul pavimento (2 livelli), la camera era grande, spaziosa e spaziosa con un divano (pulire il letto) la lavanderia era anche molto grande. Il parcheggio e il colazione sono complimentari (il pavimento ha una porta dello schermo che porta direttamente a molto facile da caricare e scaricare la macchina). Il posto è stato ben ristrutturato, ma i pavimenti hanno un po' di polvere sul bordo. In generale, un buon posto per soggiornare.

Unreal stay! Based on reviews we were slightly hesitant but needed a safe haven away from home for the weekend and Super 8 did not disappoint! Staff was amazing on arrival and our 1 out of 2 activated keycards opened our presidential suite with ease. Make sure you bring Fido! Our Great Dane enjoyed the pull out sofa bed immensely and we felt zero judgment walking the halls with our 130 lbs friendly companion. Room was large with 2 double beds. One was much more soft and comfortable than the other so it made for much fun with our overly competitive family of 4. Free bottled water between 6am and 10am! Complimentary breakfast consisted of mini muffins and the granola bars so soft they melted in your mouth like butter! While we were busy hitting dingers on the baseball field a wonderful lady cleaned up our room with exceptional attention to detail, bless her heart. 4.95 out of 5 stars simply because the potholes in parking lot reminded us more of black diamond moguls at the ski resort. We will return! Loved every minute and have inquired about becoming club members.

Grande

This hotel is just over a year old and still looked and smelled new. We chose it because of an indoor pool and the later than usual check out time of 12:00 pm. There was a single front desk attendant and a long line formed at check-in time. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order for our stay. We were told that we could use the one at a sister hotel that was a ”short walk away”- totally missing the point of an on site pool. The 11th floor, corner room had lovely views and was clean and fresh. Lighting was poor for reading on the sofa. The breakfast space was large and lovely and had a variety of seating including booths, tables and a bar type overlooking a street view. However, food quality and selection was poor compared to other ”breakfast included” places I've stayed. The bacon and scrambled egg containers were allowed to be empty. Scrambled eggs were yellow but otherwise did not taste or resemble real scrambled eggs. The bacon was undercooked. Everything you use is garbage-plates, cutlery, cups. How out of touch is this, especially for a new facility and one that promotes ”green” practices in the room. The knives were so flimsy you could barely spread butter. Is it really too much to provide real tableware? Parking is underground and is spacious and well lit. The $15/night cost is only revealed by drilling down on website amenities. All in all, this stay was only memorable for its disappointments.

Great location, walking distance to downtown Hamilton. Gorgeous home, home away from home. Has everything you would need in a home, Tanya and Tim thought of everything, you will have everything you will need for your stay - everything you would ever need in the kitchen and bathroom and bedroom. Clean and very beautiful home with great character, would surely be the best place to sleep at during the hot summer. I highly recommend this place. It is not a hotel but one gorgeous home with amazing hosts and everything you will ever need.

We had a spacious room with great beds and pillows. The staff, from check in to check out at week later were friendly and helpful, making recommendations of where to eat and where to walk in the local area. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and very friendly. One particular standout among the staff was Janet in the Loft Lounge. After one visit to the lounge she remembered my drink choice and had it ready in hand on my next visit. Janet went above and beyond when serving a large group of friends when we met in the lounge following convention meetings. Thanks as well to the friendly staff in Chagall's restaurant when we stopped in for breakfast on a few days of our convention. If back in Hamilton in the future, the Sheraton Hamilton will be my hotel of choice.

I would have given a 5/5 as I really liked this hotel. The rooms were great and the breakfast was nice. The reason my rating dropped is because: 1. We were given the wrong room. I booked a room with a bath tub and got a shower 2. The swimming room was broken 3. Lack of room service. I had to go down to the bar to order food and then come back in 20 minutes to pick it up 4. The hallways were so hot 5. Had to go down to the bar to get dishes and then discovered that they were in the dishwasher 6. Batteries in TV remote were dead 7. Phone didn’t work. I eventually figured out it was plugged in wrong 8. Electricity was slow. It took a super long time to charge my phone 9. Wifi and phone service was poor 10. The hvac made a loud clicking noise 11. The curtains were dirty 12. The alarm clock was broken
